She will return with a solo show “Painting as a Second Language” at Adobe Books Backroom Gallery in November 2019, followed by the exhibition of “The Painter’s Alphabet”, her collaborations with painter Emilio Villalba.
John Crawford Redgate, Singer Songwriter / Americana / Alt Country Nashville, TN. Songwriting came to me in stages, and I am just now more aware of my influences that helped to form the way I write, and why I write. My grandfather is Irish and he was very important to me in many ways. He taught me so much about life. He had a small farm, and he was always working around his farm. He was always whistling. I never realized he also taught me about melody and how to write one. I would have to say that he taught me the freedom of notes, although it was key/ it was just one part of my writing process.
