We go back in time and talk about what it was like growing up with a dad in the NFL with stories about his dad  being chased around by Bo Jackson and Joe being dipped in the cold plunge pool by Art Shell to skate boarding on the treadmills in the Raiders locker room.
Joe also reflects on his experience with racism and how he uses his past to lead his children through it in today's world.
Of course we talk about his playing days for the Fresno State Bulldogs, why he chose not to pursue a career in the NFL as well as the current state of college football, including the transfer portal and the NIL

Episode #2 - Fun interview with Coach Pat Hill who spent 15 highly successful seasons as the head football coach of the Fresno State Bulldogs as well as assistant coaching positions with the Cleveland Browns, Baltimore Ravens and Atlanta Falcons.

Coach Hill has coached a number of players who have gone on to have successful careers in the NFL; Derek Carr, David Carr, Ryan Mathews, Bernard Berrian, to name just a few, and has coached alongside such legends as Bill Belichick, Nick Saban and Kirk Ferentz. However, you might find it interesting what he is most proud of when it comes to his career and the young men he coached.

We cover a lot of topics and hear stories about some of the all-time greats. From NIL and the transfer portal to Ozzy Newsome, Jim Brown, Ray Lewis and Jonathan Ogden as well as a time when one of his players actually got arrested during a game.
