So you've decided to let go of a friendship/relationship....what comes after is just as important as what led to the decision. Let's unpack it all. 

We all have them. No matter whether your into alternative medine or new age beliefs (which are really not "new", but that's another podcast), or not...you have an aura. It can say a lot about you and where you are at in your life. Let's talk about it.

Always remember, there is more information out there. We always enourage you to find your own truth with any subject. We share what we know, have learned and have experienced, but there are vast amounts of knowledge that exist beyond us. Never give your power up to one person, reading, or event, find your own truth.

The need to be right comes from different things. But how does it limit us? How does it keep us trapped? We unpack it from many facets...spiritual growth, relationships, friendships, and our own inner needs. We find the courage and bravery in discovering where we are being righteous. Join us for this understanding.

Being empathic can overwhelm anyone at the best of times. When we have low energy it can be even worse. It's up to us to understand what we need. After awareness, we use it to set boundaries that help protect us as well as others. It prevents giving unsolicited advise as well as over extending our energies beyond our energy reserves. Let's work it out.

This is a big one. Shame is used in so many harmful ways. We have both felt shame that was  unnecessary. Let's unpack it. Where is it necessary to teach empathy and the difference between right and wrong.  How do we navagate our own inner shame and how to let go of what we don't need to feel shame for.
