18-year-old Gina Hall was taking summer classes at Radford University in 1980. On June 28th, Gina finished her last exam for the semester and wanted to go out dancing. She usually went with her older sister Dlana, or with friends, but that night she went out alone. While dancing at the Mariott Hotel she met a man named Stephen Epperly, who invited her over to his friend's parent's lakehouse. Around 1:00 a.m. Gina called her sister and something about her voice seemed a little off to Dlana. That would be the last conversation the two sisters would ever have with each other. One of the teens, a 14-year-old boy named Ricky, was given the role of enforcer whose job was to dole out the punishments. Marie played mind games with the teens, claiming to be the embodiment of singer/songwriter Billy Joel, who had an insatiable appetite for cruelty. Eventually, Marie/Billy Joel's thirst for sadistic pleasure culminated into the torture of four people and the eventual death of 13-year-old Theresa Feury.

When Rose answered the door around 10:00 pm on Halloween night in 1986, she expected to be greeted by kids trick-or-treating. Instead, she was ambushed by two men wearing spooky masks, wigs, long black capes, and brandishing guns. One of these men had already committed a grisly murder earlier that day and was out for more blood. In March 1986, two high school friends, Amy and Diana decided to skip school and spend the day hanging out. Leslie Allen Williams is a serial killer responsible for the murders of four teenage girls in Michigan in the 90s. Two of his victims were sisters,16-year-old Michelle and 14-year-old Melissa Urbin. The teens were kidnapped while walking together along a country road near their home one afternoon. After raping and murdering the sisters, Leslie buried them in a single, shallow grave in a nearby cemetery. Later, Leslie attacked 35-year-old Carla Walters after she rebuked his grossly inappropriate sexual advances while she was placing flowers on her mother's grave. Witnesses at the cemetery watch as Leslie dragged Carla off to the side, beat and raped her. Their quick thinking saved Carla's life, but by then Leslie Williams had already raped and murdered not only the Urbin sisters but 18-year-old Kami Villanueva and 15-year-old Cyndi Jones. On Memorial Day in 2007, farmhand Shane Hill called 911 twice requesting emergency response services. He told the dispatchers that he shot at a coyote stalking his sheep and somehow his gun misfired, striking him in the shoulder. During the second call, a loud booming sound could be heard and Shane cried out that his gun had somehow misfired again. By the time EMT arrived Shane was dead. Cindy James was enjoying her newly single life, after divorcing her husband in early 1982. However, her joy was short-lived, when only seven months after her separation, Cindy became a victim of a stalker. The stalker was relentless and she was terrorized for the next seven years. During much of that time, police did not take her reports of harassment, threats, and incidents of physical harm seriously. Cindy disappeared on May 25, 1989. Her dead body was later found near an abandoned house, hog-tied with a nylon stocking around her neck. Shockingly, her death was ruled a suicide.
