Gale and Dr. Jay have a fun time talking about Bigfoot and other dimensional beings. Then Gale channels a layer of consciousness similar to the Holy Spirit who explains that it has 3 purposes during this period of time that we're in that will last 10 to 15 years.

Earth says She knew what she was getting into when she signed onto this. Interestingly, She says coronavirus was not created by Her.

In this episode Dr. Jay and Gale discuss they're respective awakening experiences, having both grown up in rural America and ended up experiencing things of a spiritual nature that would change the trajectory of their lives. The Overseers take over and discuss the dual nature of the planet we live on and how that duality shows up everywhere in life. The Overseers also give us a mini-seminar on the 4 Types Of Awakening.

In this podcast Dr. Jay and Gale share some of the crazy stories they have from when they visited India. Gale channels Collective Of Humanity and they talk about how we're going through a purge right now, similar to the way that Dr. Jay went through a purge when he got sick in India. Dr. Jay asks how to balance intention and having equanimity with what is.

Gale and Dr. Jay discuss their shared disinterest in politics and people who would judge them for it. Then the Overseers discuss a shift in the frequency of the planet and the consciousness of the people on it. This shift will mean that there are fewer of us and the education system will be different.

In this episode we started the conversation with a discussion about flat earth. Later on the Overseers discuss empaths and their struggle for self-awareness. They also talk about how our evolution will lead to a loss of diversity. We will loose certain things but we will gain so much more. They also assure us that the Earth is a sphere.

We start the conversation off talking about aliens. Later the Blue Avians chime in briefly, revealing that we ARE aliens. Ra takes over and discusses, among other things, the multidimensional nature of humans.

This topic is near and dear to my heart. I've always prayed that I just wanted to live my purpose on the planet. In working with thousands of people over the last twenty years I've come to realize the key to embodying and living your soul's purpose. I'll also go over a simple strategy for bringing your soul's purpose to the surface.

In this episode Gale and Dr. Jay cover a lot of topics surrounding the coronavirus pandemic. Later in the podcast the Blue Avians give us some advice on what is going on in our society right now, especially concerning this coronavirus crisis. There will be some interesting things happening over the next four years. People who we thought were honest and clean will prove themselves to be dirty and vice versa.

The days of following the status quo are coming to an end. As we go through the things we're going through we are being re-conditioned to connect into the spark of passion that is lit by our soul's purpose.

This coronavirus thing has forced us to stop and pay closer attention. On a larger scale that's what any crisis is designed to do. This is the Universe's machine for advancing consciousness. We're being squeezed. It's not comfortable but that's the birthing pains that humanity is going through as we become something different.

It's one thing to say "just let go of control," or "just embrace more trust." But what does that really  mean? Actually doing it is another thing because the programs of control that run our lives are unconscious programs that got installed before we could think, when we were in the womb and when we were young children. The ways that we control our expression of ourselves is unnatural. That is to say that it goes against life. Life wants us to be full expressions of ourselves and life is constantly trying to get us to express our fuller selves through the things we encounter. In this podcast I'll show you how to embody trust and experience less fear in your body and life.

We would be smart to be concerned about the coronavirus. Concerned is one thing, fearful is another. It's going to be really helpful if we can manage to not let ourselves get infected with fear. We're not powerless to stay healthy. Here are three different ways to look at getting sick and three ways to avoid getting sick from coronavirus... or any virus.

People who are looking for a meaningful love relationship often wonder, "When will I meet my soulmate?" Our primary love relationship is the most prolific facilitator of spiritual growth. In this podcast I'll show you the key to finding your soulmate. It's not so much about what we're doing to meet people. The key to meeting your soul mate is in your relationship with yourself. Like anything we might ask for in life, we have to become the person who can receive it.

A recent video of actress and Dancing With The Stars dancer Julianne Hough showing her receiving an energy healing treatment from a man named John Amaral went viral. It went viral because of Hough's rather dynamic response to the treatment. John Amaral also shares his work on an episode of Gwyneth Paltrows new Netflix series the Goop Lab. The episode is episode #5: The Energy Experience. John Amaral's work has raised quite a stir and I'll be lending my balanced and experienced opinion to the frenzy, here.

In the spiritual healing world the belief that there is positive or negative energy, positive or negative feelings and emotions, is a common one. In my experience this is a belief system that strengthens the separation in our bodies and lives and cements the separation between us and others. The truth is we must embrace negative energy before we can release negative energy. 

The nervous system is the interface between spirit and body. The spine and spinal cord are the juncture where spirit is translated into the physical body. The spiritual significance of the spine is profound. There are certain themes that show up along the spiritual healing journey and those themes have corollaries with different parts of the spine. I'll go over those themes and the parts of the spine they relate to in this podcast.

 There's a way in which life is drawing us toward our authentic selves. Life is integrating our soul's essence and gifts into these physical bodies. This process could be called spiritual ascension. It's a term that the New Age world kind of has a monopoly on. However, New Age philosophy generally only focuses on the light. The truth of ascension is that we'll have to come into relationship with our shadow if we want to express the brilliance of the light that is possible.

There are different levels of spiritual embodiment, like a layer cake: Clear, Include And Transcend. Lots of people are familiar with the Clearing. Often people want to skip right to Transcend. But you won't experience the full depth of what's possible for your body and life if you skip Include.

 Life is drawing us inexorably in the direction of our soul integration. This is the overarching idea behind how spiritual healing works. As we are purified of our defended senses of self and drawn toward our authentic selves (a version of ourselves in which our soul's essence and gifts are integrated and expressed through our physical bodies and into this physical plane) there are five spiritual principles we'll naturally come to realize.
