    Sergio Guardi is  the co-founder and creative director of Barbanera, a rising Italian menswear brand. But when he isn't working, his passion lies in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He got into it some years ago through his older brother, and has been addicted to it ever since.

    He now competes in Italian and European championships, representing the Milanese academy Milanimal, and the martial art has taken an ever present role in his day to day life and way of approaching things.

    This interview aims to dig deeper into Sergio's hobby, in a quest to learn more about this facet of his life, and soak in some of his contagious passion for the subject.
