Trädöron – nej, det är inte någon spännande art utan en inspelningsutrustning som blivit lite av en trend att använda. En av dem som hakat på är Bo Söderström, biolog från Uppsala som bland annat lyckades fånga ett tjäderspel på ett nytt sätt.

Bo Söderström har också fångat ett möte mellan en utter och en bäver - men är det ett gräl eller en lek vi hör?

Biologen Raul Vicente har en skarp blick för de små hyresrätterna som är så lätta att missa, och vi letar pansarsvamp och klämhuvudspindel tillsammans med honom.

Vi fortsätter på spaningstemat och följer med Börje Gunnevik ut i de småländska skogarna för att leta utterspår. Han har gillat utter under många år men det är de senaste åren som han verkligen hängett sig åt att både spana efter utter och att föreläsa om den.

Yes folks we got another one for the Pantheon of Utter Shit this week.  We are reviewing the first solo outing of Hulk Hogan in feature films, the 1989 classic, No Holds Barred.  The movie that asks the question what exactly is the cinematic range of The Hulkster and can made up PG 13 cuss words like "Jock-Ass" actually gain a following.  To Help us dissect this massive cinematic dookie is Conrad Thompson, the man, the myth, and the legend behind the hit wrestling podcast, Something To Wrestle With Bruce Prichard.  So strap on your tights and grease yourself up as we look at No Holds Barred. 

This week, we are giving you all a front row seat to our induction of another film into our Pantheon of Utter Shit.  Our inductee into the awful is none other than the 1998 teen horror romp, Disturbing Behavior.  A film that answers the question, what happens when you combine Invasion of the Body Snatchers and a Teen Beat Magazine from 1998.  So grab your high school insecurities and join us for this epic review of Disturbing Behavior. 

This week, we are tackling what could be the mother of all terrible films.  A film so awful in every single aspect of filmmaking that it boggles the mind on how it has become a "Cult Classic".  We are of course talking about the perennial classic, Birdemic: Shock and Terror.  We have the honor to induct this shit storm into our long running hall of fame of horrible, The Pantheon of Utter Shit.  We are also joined by a special guest, Stephen Gustavson AKA "The Tree Hugger" from the film to give us a bit of insight into how this cinematic abortion came to be.  Enjoy! 

“Oh, that’s just an old wives’ tale” is an easy way to disarm and disregard someone else’s claims about health. But it’s also lazy and, sometimes, just plain misleading. So what if a particular claim comes from folk wisdom? Is it all nonsense? Are all old wives’ tales necessarily incorrect? As you’ll hear in this podcast, folk wisdom is sometimes just plain old wisdom. Many of these “stories” have a basis in fact. And many of us would be better off heeding some of these old wives’ tales.
