Remaining in the Place of Prayer - Paul M Williams
2 Chronicles 26:1-5
When God brings His people from one season into another, they must give careful attention and purposeful thought as to how they intend to meet this new environment. I’ve come to learn over the years that change for some, while it ought to have been the best thing to have ever come their way; proved at last to be their undoing!
A man can begin in the lowly shadows of obscurity, and behold as he rises through the ranks of success, he can find at last, he’s not the man he was at the first. Success has gotten to his head; prosperity has clouded his vision, fogged his thinking, and corrupted his mind. I find that a man needs to be on guard at all times, but none more so than in the midst of blessing.
Episode 70 | Lineage of Christ: The Kings part 1
In this episode, we are talking about Rehoboam, Abijah, Asaph, Jehoshaphat, Joram, Uzziah, and Jotham. 7 kings! Autumn and Grizz are covering the separation of the kingdoms of Israel and Judah and how that changed the lives of many of these listed in the lineage. There are some good kings, some bad kings, and some in-between! We break it down so you can understand this chunk of Biblical history with ease and see how it relates to Jesus and the Gospel.
Running Ahead of Jesus - Paul M. Williams
Mark 6:45-53
There’s a propensity that is common to man; a saying that is often heard, and although we might not necessarily verbalise it with the words of our mouth, we nonetheless declare it loud and clear, by our actions. You say, what is this saying and what is this propensity common to man? It is summed up in this one single phrase, “I’ve got it!”
Oh, that we might come to understand in truth that we "Don’t got it", and that the only way to live this Christian life is in utter dependency upon the Saviour as we walk a closer walk with Him!
535. 2 Chronicles 26 – Uzziah Reigns in Judah
Uzziah reigns in Judah and is a good king. His fame spreads because of his success in warfare, building, and inventing – but he is lifted up in pride.

Holiness and Worship in Isaiah 6 (Lessing)
II Chronicles
Continuing our "cruise" through the 66 books of the Bible we find ourselves in 2 Chronicles. A book full of the good and the bad, the ups and the downs of the kings. Sadly, the few that began by following God and His ways didn't finish there. Listen and be encouraged that no matter how we began this journey we can still finish victoriously.

The Sin of Pride - Paul M. Williams
Proverbs 16:18
It has well been said that the sin of pride is first and chief among all other sins and indeed is the very root of all sin!! Pride simply put is having an inflated view of our own worth; it's arrogance and haughtiness; it is to usurp the throne of God which is His rightful seat alone. How so you say? In essence, pride says: "I will do what seems best by me" or in the word's of Satanist Aleister Crowley, "do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law". Though the clear command and express will of God has gone forth, pride asserts that it will nonetheless do what is best in its own eyes!!
This message calls those who have lost their way in going away from God to return again to the LORD. God promises, "...return unto me and I will return unto you, saith the LORD of hosts" (Malachi 3:7). The problem is; this response is one which only the humble in heart can make. The question is, will you humble your heart and return again to you first love?
