Hey there, podcast family! This mini-episode is all about a super enlightening journey that started with me being pulled over for a traffic violation. Yep, you heard it right, I got a ticket! 🚔 But stick with me, because this seemingly annoying experience turned out to be a ticket to a whole new level of personal transformation. Buckle up as I take you "From Traffic Violation to Vibrational Alignment: How to Get Back in Flow."

So there I was, caught red-handed, and flashing lights in the rear-view. But it hit me—this was the universe giving me a cosmic kick in the pants, a sign to slow down, reassess, and get real about my stress levels and the life rhythms I was dancing to. I've got to admit, universal signs are not always as obvious as a billboard saying, "Align with what you want, not with what you fear!" But hey, a speeding ticket did the trick for me!

We're diving deep into how I turned an adrenaline-filled moment into a big fat life lesson about being open to the universe and aligning with our true desires. Are you ready to chuck the cortisol, bin the fear-based decision-making, and strut to the rhythm of your own life?

Let's get into it then, folks. It's time to find our flow, laugh at the universe's sense of humor, and maybe even thank that grumpy traffic cop who's got no idea he just helped us get our Zen on. 🧘‍♀️ Let's roll!

Having a big dream is wonderful.

someone might ask you how you're going to do it, or comment you need to have this , this or that in place, and before you know it, you're stuck in overwhelm paralysis and can't even begin. Or worse still, whatever step you can conceive of taking, or do take doesn't feel enough. 

I get it, I've been there many many times, and I've learned how to get past that overwhelm paralysis and take those action steps that help me create what my soul desires to create. 

In this episode I break it down for you how to stay out of overwhelm, how to come from the vibrational frequency of having already achieved it, and then how to use that, plus a little quiet time, to take the steps necessary to bring your dreams to life.
