This episode brings to light the inextricable bonds between friendship, fitness, and facing adversity through a touching recount of running a marathon in firefighter gear for a cause close to my heart,
    Evan's nephew Aiden.

Navigating through the pain and challenges life throws at us can be daunting. However, we delve into how embracing suffering can lead to personal growth and transformation, drawing from my experiences as a personal trainer and online fitness coach. Evan, Tim, and Sam2 also share important insights on how your food choices, lifestyle habits, and even finances can profoundly impact your health, drawing from personal experiences of surviving on fast food to dealing with its repercussions.

As we age, our bodies react differently to substances like alcohol. This episode explores these changes, the risks associated with weight loss drugs, and the benefits of fitness routines that include weight training and cardio. We also discuss the importance of tracking calories and protein intake, and the role of a balanced diet and regular exercise in health and fitness. Through all these discussions, we underscore the importance of learning from tough times, and seeing struggles as stepping stones to personal growth and achieving fitness goals. This episode is an eye-opener in understanding the enduring connection between health, fitness, and our everyday lives. Tune in and transform your journey to fitness!

    Jobob

    Jobob

Jobob is a contributor for Turning Point USA (TPUSA) after working for almost a decade as a political consultant and communications director for various political campaigns around the country. In 2021, he decided to come out from behind the scenes of the political consulting world and landed a spot as the host of Daily Caller Live w/ Jobob on the Daily Caller platforms. His deadpan and often sarcastic take on the news of the day is an attempt to bring some levity and humor to an otherwise dismal news cycle. As a TPUSA contributor, his goal is to help bring a widely missing comedic element to the conservative movement that he hopes can attract Americans who fall into his favorite cultural category; conservatives who just don’t know they’re conservatives yet.
A California native you’ll likely hear words like "dude", "stoked" and "totally" more from him than any other commentator out there. And on most days, he’ll push the boundaries of ‘business casual attire.’ In addition to "making jokes about the news", he enjoys spending time with his wife, Crystal, playing music, performing stand-up comedy, and attempting to be a less horrible golfer.

Season 3 Episode 4 Slipping Through The Cracks Of Justice: “Consequences”

Season 3 Episode 4 Slipping Through The Cracks Of Justice: “Consequences”
    • Tony is going to start with the Murders of Jack Blake and Karen Hill.Something Art never would discuss with anyone.
    • Shawcross writes a very sarcastic letter to Tony and describes a ridiculous account of what happened to the two children, and warns Tony to never to ask about it again.
    • In response Tony basically tells Art to go screw himself.
    • Arthur actually apologizes and in his next letter and gives a detailed description of how June Cicero was murdered.
    • Tony and Al discuss how Plea Bargains are abused and why Art should not have ever been released.
    • This is a fascinating description of what happened to Shawcross when he was released and what he did during this time.
    • Another rally good poem that Shawcross wrote about Vietnam is covered.

Season 3 Episode 3 “Growing Up In The House Of Sin” The Making Of A Serial Killer Part Two “Vietnam”

Season 3 Episode 3 “Growing Up In The House Of Sin” The Making Of A Serial Killer Part Two “Vietnam”
    • In this Episode Tony will cover some excerpts from Arthur’s book describing his time in Vietnam.
    • You will also hear more actual conversation with Art describing certain things that happened while he was in “Vietnam”
    • After listening to the atrocities that Art both witnessed and committed in Vietnam, and think about how he was raised,  you’ll understand why Tony and Al believe that his is a classic case of nurturing a monster.
    • Art’s stories become a text book example of Narcissism 101.
    • Tony close’s with a letter from Art dated April 19th, 2007. It’s the first time he heard that Shawcross was writing a book for him about his early years and Vietnam.
    •  Art obviously agrees that his book could have been titled “The Making of a Serial Killer”
    • Art says “I know there are reasons for the way I turned out, and I believe a lot had to do with my early years.” “I’m not making excuses for what I did or what I became, I’m just trying to make sense out of all of it.”

Season 3 Episode 2 “Growing Up In The House Of Sin” The Making Of A Serial Killer Part One “Incest”

Season 3 Episode 2 “Growing Up In The House Of Sin” The Making Of A Serial Killer Part One “Incest”

The story you are about to hear is taken from Art’s personal book that he wrote for Tony; “Growing Up In The House of Sin” or as we like to call it “The Making of a Serial Killer.”

    • This story is a classic case of nurturing, a primer, if you will, on how to create one fucked up child and turn him into an animal.
    • Art’s family and then the military did one hell of a job creating the monster that Arthur John Shawcross became. Then they turned him loose to walk among us. This is the story of his road to hell, as told by Shawcross himself.
    • The information we’re going to present today is uncomfortable.  It's a subject that is both uncomfortable to talk about and uncomfortable to hear. We’re talking about incest, incest between a mother and son and incest between a brother and his sisters.
    • This is the shocking story of Art Shawcross’ childhood as told by him. These are the building blocks of who he was to become as they began to be assembled at an early age.
