Detachering
“Op dit moment werk ik voor CORBO Organisatie en Advies CORBO is een organisatie-advies en trainingsbureau. Het dienstenpakket varieert van advisering, opleidingen voor aftersalesmedewerkers, audits en ISO-certificering tot detachering. Het bedrijf bestaat al 35 jaar. Vanuit CORBO ben ik gedetacheerd bij Volvo Cars. Daar ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van Volvo Personal Service. In het verleden heb ik verschillende automotive functies gehad, onder meer bij SsangYong Nederland. Vervolgens ben ik overgestapt naar MediaMarkt, waar ik aan de slag ging als vestigingsdirecteur. Tijdens een uitgebreid trainingstraject leerde ik alle afdelingen van het bedrijf kennen, van het magazijn tot de winkel. Een bijzondere en leerzame ervaring.”

Verkooptechniek
“Bij MediaMarkt begonnen we elke dag met een dagstart. Binnen het team bespraken we de omzet van de vorige dag en de speerpunten voor de nieuwe dag. Iedereen volgde dezelfde methodiek en iedereen had dezelfde kennis. Ook bij trainingen lag de nadruk meer op verkooptechniek dan op productkennis. Na MediaMarkt heb ik jarenlang als zelfstandig ondernemer in andere sectoren en branches gewerkt, totdat ik weer een automotive klus kreeg. De mobiliteitsbranche blijft mij aantrekken, en zo kwam ik terecht bij CORBO. Vanuit Volvo Cars begeleid ik dealers bij de overstap naar Volvo Personal Service, kortweg VPS.”

Binding
“Volvo rolt het VPS-concept wordt uit. VPS houdt in dat klanten en technici rechtstreeks contact met elkaar hebben. Iedere klant wordt gekoppeld aan een Personal Service Technician, een persoonlijke autotechnicus. Voor dealerbedrijven en klanten is dat even wennen. In het begin vinden vooral technici het vaak doodeng, maar na een paar maanden trainen, groeien ze in hun nieuwe rol. Binnen VPS werken twee technici aan de auto. Gemiddeld duurt de implementatie van VPS zes tot zeven maanden. Metingen laten zien dat de klanttevredenheid groeit in vestigingen die met VPS werken. De auto is sneller klaar en klanten waarderen het directe contact. De persoonlijke benadering vergroot de binding tussen de klant en het dealerbedrijf.”
