This past summer, many parts of the world suffered from some of the worst drought conditions in decades. In an effort to create more rain, the government of China turned once again to cloud seeding, a controversial technique that aims to target precipitation in key areas. Environmentalists claim those smokey streaks we see behind planes in the sky are simply water vapor that turns into ice droplets - mixed with carbon dioxide and minimal sulfur from the plane’s engine. However, many believe that these streaks are the cause of illness, population control, weather manipulation, and even mind control.
