第一屆當議員的時候，我到歐洲考察，發現荷蘭的自行車使用率高、車輛多、但同時失竊率也冠絕全球。「與其買車，不如租車」，是我對公共腳踏車的最早概念。 2008年我到法國里昂考察當地公共自行車系統，回高雄之後更積極推動，促成了高雄市公共自行車在2009年誕生。 經過10年的發展，前年正式啟用的「YouBike 2.0」已經有316站、2800車，未來規劃逐步新增，預計2021年底會達1000到1200站，8960車。除了規模超過舊有系統，站體還採用太陽能光電，又向「綠色交通」前進了一大步。 推動大眾運輸，是我參政至今將近二十年來不變的堅持，我們要讓綠能交通在高雄繼續前進。 IG ↦ instagram.com/genewuofficial FB ↦ facebook.com/genewu5568
