If you have been following our podcast, you have undoubtedly heard plenty about a Solomon Investor. In today’s episode we are speaking with Scott Cain, a true Solomon Investor.

Scott Cain operates in the private market for his career in the commercial real estate field. I have known Scott for many years, and have had the pleasure of working alongside him as he has been an investor with Boron Capital for many years as well. I asked Scott to come on the show and share with me anything he believes would be valuable information to our listeners.

We talk about Scott’s experience with the private market, the public market, Boron Capital, and a few more topics that he believes are important for every investor to know.

Below are some major takeaways from our discussion that will open your mind to the world of a Solomon Investor.

    Key Takeaways:

The emotional difference between the public and private market (3:12)

What does cash flow actually mean? (6:52)

    A realization about Scott’s self-directed IRA brought on by Covid-19 (10:41)

Why does the #1 public market investor have his money on the sidelines instead of invested into the public market? (14:27)

    01. The Biggest Ponzi Scheme In History (And You Are A Part of It)

    01. The Biggest Ponzi Scheme In History (And You Are A Part of It)

Every investor should look to create wealth in a sustainable manner and activate their net worth. The reality is, many go about it the wrong way. They believe in investing in the public sector, i.e., the stock market - a place where they have no control over their investment.

The stock market is a centralized system, and it's also the worst possible investment choice. Not only is the wealth you gain through it hypothetical, but it also deprives you of having any control over your investments.

A real investor, a Solomon investor, seeks out situations where they can create real, tangible wealth, without having to sacrifice their authority to do so.

In this first-ever episode of The Solomon Investor podcast, we go over the arguments for why you should aim to pull your money out of the faulty centralized system we call the stock market and start investing in the private market.

Keep reading to hear more about why having control over your investments is essential for building wealth and learn how to stop gambling with your future.

    Key Takeaways:

    • Why is the stock market like a casino? (1:18)
    • What is the biggest Ponzi scheme in history? (5:10)
    • The root of all issues with the public market and centralized systems (6:25)
    • Why is it so difficult to take money out of the stock market? (11:00)
    • Why you need to cash in your chips and get out of the casino (13:30)
    • How to activate your net worth (14:40)
    • Why are investments in the private sector the way to go? (17:20)
    • Creating wealth in a sustainable way (19:17)

    00. How To Become A Solomon Investor

    00. How To Become A Solomon Investor

Today, we’re discussing what the process of becoming a Solomon investor is like. For over fourteen years Blake Templeton has helped investors activate their net worth and build wealth without any of them ever losing any money. Pretty unheard of results when it comes to the world of investing.

So how did Blake achieve all of this especially amid the housing bubble? The housing market crash wasn’t a failure of the real estate world. It was a failure of the centralized banking system. An overinflated debt bubble where banks continued to lend to customers at exorbitant rates caused the whole system to suffer. It was all an illusion of price rather than value.

Blake was in the real estate world during this time but was buying on value. No one else made that switch so the centralized banking system was way over-leveraged. He was finding success with his methods and wanted to help duplicate it for others. He began to brainstorm how he could multiply his successes and share it with others.

He dialed in on biblical principles and began to study King Solomon’s methods. Through studying the tactics of the world’s first trillionaire, Blake learned exactly how to activate net worth and protect assets. Through reprogramming the rules and beliefs held by traditional investors, Blake and the rest of the team at Boron Capital are helping others do the same.

    Key Takeaways:

    • The difference between the public and private sector (2:32)
    • Value vs. price (2:58)
    • What caused the housing bubble in 2008? (3:35)
    • Blake’s mission to duplicate success for other people (5:37)
    • Studying ancient biblical principles (6:30)
    • The path to real wealth (7:51)
    • Why the market went up due to emotional value (9:20)
