    Everyone has a goal to lose weight, get tone, and just get healthy right? Almost 85% of people I train when we first meet explain a goal that consists of, "I wanna lose about 20lbs, get a little toned but not much because I don't wanna lift heavy weights. Doing more cardio will get me there right?"

    Plain and simple, if you want to get toned, lean out, and drop "weight" on the scale you will need to lift heavy, eat a good amount of food, and draw back on cardio depending on how much your body composition is changing. And when it comes down to nutrition, what's everyone's worse enemy.......yep you guessed it, CARBS! Let's talk about the true cause of why you aren't losing weight.
