#53 Why women in business falter and how to get moving again with Lyndsie Barrie

Hello Fempreneur! Lyndsie Barrie here! So happy to have the opportunity to share a little taste of my nerdy brain with you because helping you feel more confident and at peace in your business is my mission. Here's a little taste of what's to come in this episode...

"Women often say to me, I love that I can just message you and talk to you. Obviously I'm just a person but some people\ would search me up on the internet and think I'm a bigger deal than I am! But I'm not! I'm just a human who wants to hang out with other sweet, awesome ladies like me. And if you reach out to me, I'm more than happy to chat. So I think that's a big thing about email marketing that people don't understand - it's not just about getting their name and email address and having that automated email go to them with their free gift. No! You want to know where they are in the social media world because that's where you want to engage with them.

My third book, .COM UNITY, is about all those tips and tricks and things that have worked to grow a community of women who actually get to know each other and support each other."

A huge thank you to Vivian @realbizmoms for interviewing me! Hopefully I can introduce her to you soon in person at one of our upcoming hikes or YYC bike nights in Calgary Alberta! Go to fempreneurland.com/events to see the schedule - live and virtual events are what we do here in FempreneurLand!!!

I hope to see you soon on Instagram @yycfempreneurs!

    A Chat with Keara Stanley

In this episode, Keara and I discuss her journey from working at a hair salon to now owning her own hair salon called KMS Glam Studio.  Keara started off as a kid doing hair but did not realize it was a passion until later on in life. Her family was always supportive and helped her find her first salon. Since then, Keara has taken past lessons to help her get to where she is today, and she doesn't see herself slowing down anytime soon.

Keara has a haircare collection and will continue to add quality services and products to her brand. Take a listen to this episode as you get to know Keara from the beginning of her journey to now owning an empire.
