I know some of these things are not groundbreaking, but they really impacted me in my wellness journey! Here is my list...
- Stop eating after 8pm
- Wear blue light glasses
- Whoop it up!
- No shame in using trekking poles
- Shorter natural nail
- Drink more water
- Self care journal & planner
- Started yoga - Im awful at it
- Wear clothing that makes you feel good
- Self care is a necessity
