We discuss the roles they played in their organizations in dealing with the various challenges presented by COVID-19. We hope that their insights into protocols and procedures can help those industries that are slowly being opened as the pandemic loses steam. We even address some areas in which the new protocols could stand the test of time and remain in effect long after the pandemic is over and how the pandemic brought to light some inefficiencies in our various businesses and forced us to get lean.
