Kristen shares how women in the workforce are not leaving their careers because they want to, but because they have no other choice due to inflexibility of work arrangements, lack of consistent school age care, daycare closures, unreliable wages, and lack of benefits. She talks about the invisible mental load of parenthood, boundary lists, and the importance of equitable division of labor within the household operations through open communication with our partners, weekly planning sessions, and various other players in the parenthood space.
