Friday Faith Foundations - You are Worthy

Friday Faith Foundations - You are Worthy

Have you ever questioned your worth? Maybe things weren't going your way, you wondered if things would ever turn around, or maybe you've had bad experiences and feel shame. As a result, you don't feel worthy of love, grace, acceptance, success, etc.

I want to assure you that you are worthy! Worthy of love, grace, acceptance, success, and more.

You are worthy because God created you

Genesis 1:27 reads God created mankind in His own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female, he created them. If He created us in His image, how can we doubt that we are worthy of His love?

Combine the concept that we were created in God's image with Luke 12:7, which reads "In fact, even the hairs on your head are all numbered. Do not be afraid; you are more valuable than many sparrows." God knows us intimately, better than anyone else, he made us who we are. He knows everything about us and still loves us.

Sparrows may be small, but He loves them, He loves everything He created and treasures them. Think how beautiful even the tiniest feather is. He created us each to be His masterpiece.

Taking Authority in Your Home, Part 1

The NUMBER one issue I address in the DMs is overwhelm. How are we THIS overwhelmed with the lives we’ve built? I think it’s because we have been taught to react not respond to our lives. In this episode, I break down how to be a first responder in your home and begin to take authority. This is a process but these 3 steps will get you moving in the right direction.

You are worthy! Interview with Tracy Litt.

You are worthy! Interview with Tracy Litt.

This week on the Lady Leadership show I caught up with Tracy Litt.

Tracy helps the willing! That is, those that want to do the work! Work on themselves that is.

Tracy Litt is a proven powerhouse of transformation. As a leadership expert, mindset coach, and spiritual advisor, she helps people across the globe to break the patterns that bind them so they can become the highest versions of themselves to create the businesses, relationships, and lives of their dreams.

She does this through her powerful and practical process, The Choice Method, which elevates prosperity, fulfillment, and happiness to new and incredible heights.

We talk about change and growth and understanding your purpose and your consciousness. We talk about working on ourselves. We talk about you being enough and being worthy. We talk about you being the cause and effect and slowing down enough to practice presence. You cannot change what you do not notice.

Tracy is the celebrated author of Worthy Human, a book featured as a best-seller on Amazon and in major media outlets such as Thrive Global, Entrepreneur, Inc., and Fast Company. She has been praised for her outstanding TEDx talk and was recently awarded the Social Good Entrepreneur Women in Business Award in 2020. Her impact is undeniable, and her power is highly sought after for keynote presentations to leaders and entrepreneurs.

I was mesmerised by this interview by Tracy Litt. Straight after getting off this interview I bought Tracy’s book!

HoCS Tip of the Day: You Are Worthy

HoCS Tip of the Day: You Are Worthy

    Know Your Worth.

    •  You have value, you are worthy!
    •  Cosplay is a space for everyone, not meant to be a judgmental space
    •  Judging yourself harshly is common in Cosplay.
    •  It gets very competitive, can be political
    •  Your value extends beyond Cosplay – you have a life outside of it, you have many talents, abilities and you contribute in many ways to the world around you.
    • Cosplay should reinforce your value, not diminish it
