    Wir stellen heute wie jede Woche drei junge Startups vor, die nicht älter als drei Jahre alt sind und bislang Finanzierungen nicht über einer Million Euro erhalten haben. 

    Den Anfang macht Montana Martinez, CEO und Founder von Montee. Das Startup hat eine Inhouse Mentoring Software entwickelt, die es Unternehmen ermöglicht, Young Talents und Professionals intern zu vernetzen und wertvolles Wissen abteilungs- und standortübergreifend weiterzugeben. So sollen die vorhandenen Potenziale der Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer ausgeschöpft und weiterentwickelt werden. Das kann zudem die Einrichtung einer offenen Lernkultur im Unternehmen unterstützen.

    Als zweites sprechen wir mit Christian Binder, CEO und Founder von Finstep. Das Startup hilft mit seiner App Jugendlichen zwischen 12 und 18 Jahren dabei, finanziell mündig zu werden und dadurch ihre persönlichen Ziele zu erreichen. Die Jugendlichen lernen konkret in unterhaltsamen, animierten Kurzvideos finanzielle Skills, die sie direkt praktisch anwenden können. Die Themen sollen perspektivisch alle Berührungspunkte von jungen Menschen und Finanzen abdecken. Das erlernte Wissen wird in Quizzes und Challenges abgefragt und ein innovatives Belohnungssystem erhöht den Anreiz zum Lernen.

    Unser letzter Gast der heutigen Folge ist Simon Molitor, CEO und Co-Founder von Digitalsocial.ID. Das Startup bietet ein System, mit dem Vertrauen auf objektive Weise gemessen werden kann, indem Reputationsbewertungsdaten in digitalen Wallets gespeichert werden. Diese dienen anschließend als Beweis für die Reputation des Inhabers. Die userzentrierte Identitätsmanagementlösung ermöglicht Menschen dadurch eine quantifizierbare Online-Reputation aufzubauen und fördert damit gutes Verhalten im Internet.
