Greg Neal is a creative and marketing leader with over 30 years of experience in crafting award-winning marketing campaigns and brand strategies for Cable and Broadcast Television.

In this episode Greg shares his journey from editing BMX bike videos to launching 9 TV networks, including HGTV, OWN (The Oprah Winfrey Network), The Pac12 Networks among others.

Greg also shares some important insights and wisdom based on his 30+ years in the entertainment and marketing industries.

Kelly is the Founder & CEO of Pier Collective, a high-altitude design studio based in Breckenridge, Colorado building modern brands for globally-minded entrepreneurs. 

Kelly grew up in the Pacific Northwest -  South Puget Sound in Washington State to be exact - and obtained her BS in Business Administration from The University of Colorado Boulder.  She was excited to make Colorado her home, and takes advantage of all the outdoor activities that beautiful Colorado has to offer. Kelly skis, mountain bikes and does pretty much anything that involves experiencing the outdoors and ‘sending it.’  

In December 2020, Kelly launched her own podcast, “Send It with Kelly Mazanti,” where she interviews entrepreneurs who are facing challenges and going “all in” in their businesses.

One of the biggest moments in Ted Ishler's life happened in a restroom. Ted was fresh out of college and had just gotten a job as a tour guide at the NBC Television studios in New York City. Ted was standing in the NBC men's room, when in walked David Letterman, who gave him a nod and proceeded to a neighboring urinal. In a strange way, Ted knew he had made it.  

Thankfully, most of the other big moments in Ted's career have happened outside the bathroom. Ted has been a staff comedy writer for Candid Camera, a writer on The Joker’s Wild game show, won an Emmy Award for comedy feature reporting (at KSHB-TV Kansas City, and KTRK-TV Houston), and was award-winning creative director/writer/producer at networks including Ovation TV, Pac12 Network and local stations in Phoenix, Milwaukee and San Diego.  

Ted and his wife Beth, a former Days of Our Lives actress, now host a podcast called ‘How Are We Still Married?!’ that takes a comic look at their 35 years of marriage and 35 moves across the country! They tell the crazy stories of their life together.

From his earliest memories, Brian Williams knew he was adopted. It was simply a part of who he was, and in fact made him feel special. As time passed, naturally Brian started to have thoughts and questions about this known, yet mysterious part of his life. And when he began having some health issues later in life, his sisters bought him a DNA kit and soon after discovering the results, a whole new world expanded right before his eyes. 

In this episode Brian shares his story of adoption and how the process of finding his birth mother filled in the missing pieces he didn't even know existed.

He's overcome some of life's most tragic moments, suddenly losing his brother, adopting two children from Haiti, being diagnosed with a neurological condition, all formidable challenges and obstacles, but he doesn't let anything hold him back from pressing forward and accomplishing.  

He’s the founder of a global photography movement, Help-Portrait, a mobile social networking app called OKDOTHIS, and an online teaching platform, See University. His latest endeavor is The Purpose Hotel, a planned global for-profit hotel chain designed to fuel the work of not-for-profit organizations.

​Jeremy’s new book “I’m Possible: Jumping Into Fear and Discovering a Life of Purpose” is based on Jeremy’s viral life story video that was released in 2015 and launched Jeremy’s speaking career where he has delivered this message to tens of thousands across America ever since. The book dives much deeper into all of the stories and projects Jeremy has done and ultimately encourages people of all ages to jump into fear in order to find their own purpose in life.
