    enAugust 20, 2024
What does the speaker emphasize about health and wellness?
Why does the speaker criticize the current healthcare system?
What concerns does the speaker have regarding metal implants?
How can dental fillings affect overall health according to the speaker?
What does the speaker suggest about evaluating healthcare information?

    Podcast Summary

    • Holistic health approachApproach health and wellness holistically, emphasizing personal responsibility and discernment, and advocate for a more competent and results-focused healthcare system.

It's essential to approach health and wellness holistically, encompassing the body, mind, and spirit. The speaker, a doctor, emphasizes the importance of personal responsibility and discernment when consuming health information. He also criticizes the current healthcare system, arguing that consumers are often lost and unsure of which treatment will benefit them. He advocates for a more competent and results-focused approach from healthcare professionals, and for a system that rewards expertise rather than qualifications or research. The speaker reflects on his own experiences as a surgeon and shares his concerns about the current state of healthcare, where those who talk the talk may not be able to walk the walk. He encourages listeners to question the system and seek out the best possible care for their individual needs.

    • Diagnostic skills vs. medical testsThorough physical examinations can reveal critical information missed by relying solely on medical tests, emphasizing the importance of diagnostic skills in healthcare.

Relying solely on medical tests or procedures, such as MRIs, can be limiting in understanding the root cause of health issues. The story shared highlights the importance of diagnostic skills and physical examination in identifying health problems. The speaker's experience with his father's undiagnosed cancer illustrates how a thorough examination can reveal critical information that might be missed by relying solely on tests. The loss of diagnostic skills and overreliance on MRIs is a concerning trend, and it's essential to appreciate the value of a holistic approach to healthcare that includes both diagnostic expertise and functional assessments.

    • Muscle health and proprioceptionMaintaining muscle health and proprioception is crucial for overall health and longevity as it allows for proper motor control, gland and organ function, and injury prevention

Traditional medicine often focuses on symptoms and conditions, while the speaker advocates for a more holistic approach that addresses the root causes of health issues by building resilience and making individuals stronger. This approach not only helps improve various aspects of health, such as sleep and diet, but also increases overall longevity. The importance of muscles in this context lies in their role as the beginning and ending of the nervous system, providing essential proprioceptive feedback to the brain and allowing for proper motor control and gland and organ function. By maintaining good muscle health and proprioception, individuals can prevent injuries and ensure their bodies are functioning optimally.

    • Withdrawal reflexThe withdrawal reflex, a spinal cord response to skin irritation, can negatively impact muscle control and increase injury susceptibility through constant irritation from piercings

The withdrawal reflex, a spinal cord response, is more significant than often realized in our daily lives. This reflex, triggered by irritation to the skin, can cause muscle activation and inhibition, affecting motor outputs. Piercings, particularly those with metal, can negatively impact this reflex by constantly irritating the skin and causing muscle weakness. Although the effects might not be noticeable, they can lead to decreased muscle control and increased susceptibility to injury. It's essential to be aware of these potential consequences and consider their implications for overall health and well-being.

    • Metal implants and sensory inputMetal implants and piercings can cause irritation and sensory input changes in areas with high sensory innervation, negatively impacting motor output and overall nervous system health.

While metal implants and piercings can be effective treatments for injuries and chronic pain, they can also cause issues for some individuals. These problems can include reactions to the metal, sensory irritation, and changes in muscle tone. The most significant concerns arise when metal is placed in areas with high sensory innervation, such as the periosteum. This can lead to irritation and sensory input changes, which can negatively impact motor output and overall nervous system health. The stronger the sensory input from muscles and teeth, the better our health and longevity. Additionally, dental fillings and amalgams can also impact sensory input and overall health, especially in the mouth where teeth and gums have a high density of sensory receptors.

    • Dental health impact on overall healthDental issues like hitting hard objects in food or having irritating fillings can impact muscle tone, nervous system function, and overall health, potentially leading to mobility issues and spinal problems.

The condition of our teeth and the materials used in dental work can have a significant impact on our overall health, particularly on muscle tone and nervous system function. The bite and sensation from our teeth send signals to our brain, which can influence our motor system and muscle tone. For instance, hitting a hard object in our food can inhibit our masseter muscle and even cause our whole body to jolt. Conversely, problems like amalgam fillings or gold crowns can irritate the nervous system and lead to muscle inhibition, dyslexia, and even spinal issues. The effects of these dental issues can be profound, and addressing them can lead to noticeable improvements in mobility and overall health. While it's essential to recognize the importance of clinical experience and anecdotal evidence, more research is needed to fully understand the extent of these effects and to develop evidence-based solutions.

    • Individualized treatmentRandomized control trials don't determine best treatment for individual patients as various factors contribute to health conditions. Considering multiple factors and looking for plant-based calcium sources can lead to effective treatment.

While randomized control trials can provide valuable information about the average effectiveness of a treatment for a population, they don't answer the specific question of what's wrong with an individual patient or the best treatment for them. The speaker's personal experience with back pain highlights the complexity of health issues and how various factors, such as calcium deficiency, kidney problems, stress, and muscle weakness, can contribute to a health condition. Calcium, specifically in a plant-based form, plays a crucial role in activating white blood cells and maintaining muscle tone. The speaker emphasizes the importance of considering multiple factors and not oversimplifying health issues. When it comes to calcium supplements, the speaker recommends looking for plant-based sources, such as calcified seaweed, which can be more effective than traditional calcium carbonate or calcium citrate.

    • Food choicesConsume whole, unprocessed foods, whether plant-based or animal-derived, for optimal health. Chiropractic care has evolved from focusing on bones to a neurological model, and real, whole food is essential for good health, regardless of dietary restrictions.

Both vegetarianism and omnivorism have their merits, and the key is to consume whole, unprocessed foods, whether plant-based or animal-derived. The discussion touched on the strength and eating habits of gorillas, the differences between chiropractors and osteopaths, and the history of chiropractic care. It was noted that chiropractic techniques have evolved from focusing on bones being out of place to a neurological model, and that chiropractic gained recognition in the late 1800s in the United States. The conversation also touched on the importance of real, whole food, regardless of whether it's vegetarian or omnivorous, and the importance of questioning the origins and motivations of medical practices.

    • Health issues and conflictsShift from war-like mentality to nurturing one, understand underlying causes, support natural healing process, consider long-term consequences, strive for holistic and compassionate approach

Our approach to solving health issues and conflicts should shift from a war-like mentality to a nurturing one. Blocking the root cause of diseases or conflicts with quick-fix solutions often leads to unintended consequences and more problems. Instead, we should aim to understand the underlying causes and support the natural healing process. The same concept applies to the use of pharmaceuticals, where blocking a pathway can lead to unintended side effects and the need for more medication. In the context of global issues like wars and vaccines, it's essential to consider the long-term consequences and not just focus on short-term benefits. We should strive for a more holistic and compassionate approach to addressing complex issues.

    • Cell-derived vs Egg-derived flu vaccinesCell-derived flu vaccines, like the one produced by CSL Limited, have been linked to lower COVID-19 infection rates, but Australia and New Zealand did not license it until April 2021, leading to a surge in cases. Regulatory bodies can limit competition and serve as a racket.

Since the 2019-2020 flu season, all four influenza vaccine components used in the cell-based quadrivalent influenza vaccine have been cell-derived rather than egg-derived. This could potentially explain why Australia and New Zealand experienced lower COVID-19 infection rates, as they did not license the cell-based flu vaccine until April 2021, leading to a surge in COVID-19 cases. The company that manufactures the cell-based flu vaccine, CSL Limited, is an Australian multinational specialty biotech company that has been producing vaccines since the 2009 swine flu pandemic. Despite the benefits of registration bodies ensuring qualified practitioners, it was argued that they can also limit competition and serve as a racket to keep out competition. The speaker's personal experience of being an ex-chiropractor in Australia and the regulatory body's censorship of the term "chiropractor" was also discussed.

    • Undervaluing free healthcarePeople may not fully appreciate the value of free healthcare, leading to missed opportunities and inefficiencies. A private healthcare model, where people pay for services, may encourage better use of resources and better outcomes.

People undervalue what they receive for free, and this can lead to missed opportunities and inefficiencies, particularly in healthcare. The speaker shares an experience where he offered his expertise for free to someone in need, but they didn't prioritize the consultation, ultimately seeking help from another doctor instead. He argues that this phenomenon is a problem in socialized medicine, where people are accustomed to healthcare being free and don't understand its true value. The speaker advocates for a private healthcare model, where people pay for services and value them more highly. He believes this would lead to better healthcare outcomes and more effective use of resources. The speaker also criticizes the medical establishment for trying to monopolize knowledge and practice, putting the public at a disadvantage. Overall, the speaker emphasizes the importance of recognizing the value of expertise and services, and the need for individuals to take responsibility for their own healthcare.

    • Government intervention in healthcareGovernment intervention in healthcare has led to moral issues like theft through taxation and elimination of control groups in mass vaccinations, and emphasizes the importance of individual autonomy and relying on one's senses and nature for health and well-being.

Before the intervention of the government in healthcare, there existed a community-based healthcare system where people paid a small fee to their local doctors for medical services. The speaker argues that government involvement in healthcare has led to moral issues, including theft through taxation, and the elimination of control groups in mass vaccinations. The speaker also emphasizes the importance of relying on one's senses and nature for health and well-being. Additionally, the speaker shares his personal experience of finding relief from chronic pain through chiropractic care. Overall, the conversation highlights the importance of individual autonomy and the potential drawbacks of government intervention in healthcare.

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: James Delingpole is an English writer, journalist, and columnist who has written for several publications, including the Daily Mail, the Daily Express, The Times, The Daily Telegraph, and The Spectator. But he is now most well known for being host of the Delingpole podcast which he started in 2019. James studied at Oxford in the 1980s where he studied English and Literature. As early as 2009 James has been vocal about the Climate Change scam. In 2010 he gave a speech which you can watch on YouTube titled “Climategate and the War against Man, Bear, Pig.” James was also an early sceptic and critic of COVID-19, the lockdowns, mandates and the experimental jabs. It is not hyperbole when I say James’s podcast kept me sane through the COVID years for which he will never know how grateful and indebted to him I am. James doesn’t shy away from topics and goes places most people would avoid. As a journalist, I believe he is always seeking the truth and is now guided spiritually by his Christian faith. I was truly honoured to have James as a guest. He was one of the first people I reached out to over a year ago. This year he replied to me on X and here we are! I wish all journalists had the curiosity, open-mindedness and bravery that James has. Please read my Substack post for more information. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

#221 - Dr Lawrence Palevsky - Why It's Not "The Jews"

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Dr Lawrence Palevsky MD, also known as Larry, is a US Paediatrician, Podcaster, past guest and friend. In episode 103, Larry discussed The Current State Of Medicine, The Impact Of Censorship, And Totalitarianism. I loved that conversation with him. After recording, we spoke for another 30 minutes, jumping from one topic to another. It felt like I was talking to a long-lost brother. At one point, out of the blue, Larry stated, “I’m a proper Jew, by the way”. I didn’t know what to say then, and I did not fully understand what he meant by that. But recently, that comment stood out in my head. Recently reading comments online, I am aware that some people believe that much of the criminality that is happening today against humanity is being led and perpetrated by “the Jews.” Especially in light of events in Gaza and the atrocities being committed by the State of Israel, there has been an undercurrent of anti-semitism brewing. In one conversation with a prospective guest, I was surprised when they suddenly listed names and figures at the heads of Banks, Corporations, and Politics that were Jewish or industries that were supposedly run by the Jews, such as Hollywood, as examples to prove that “The Jews” were behind much of what we see wrong today. That person won’t be coming on my show because while it is correct that all the names they mentioned were “Jewish”, I do not believe in the statement that it is “The Jews”, and hopefully, this podcast and my substack post will explain why. Evil things have been done by people of all colours, races and religions. No one group has a monopoly on evil, none. To think that all the evil in the world exists because of one group of people is dangerously naive at best and highly evil in itself at its worst. Please read my Substack post for more information. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: For too long, the Covid Plandemic has been a faceless monolith, represented by the media mainly through charts, graphs and confusing numbers. Science was corrupted, people were manipulated globally, and statistical jugglery was used to confuse, guide, and misinform. I have been moved by the messages from my paid supporters, who come from all walks of life and across the globe. I have read some incredible emails, listened over the phone to extraordinary minds and beautiful souls, and, most importantly, I have learnt so much from them. I want to give these people a voice. Everyone has a story worth telling, and I want to highlight this through this series of podcasts. In this podcast we have Thomas B, Quentin C (@56mins and 10 seconds) and Roy W. (@1hr 43mins and 5 seconds). Thomas is based in Australia. We often share pics of our chickens or cats, and he is just a great guy with a brilliant sense of humour. In this conversation, we talk about the crazy world we live in and much more. My second guest is Quentin (@56mins and 10 seconds), based in England. The conversation explores the dark side of COVID and the scepticism surrounding it. Apologies for the audio quality; somehow, the recording was off the laptop, not the mic. My third guest is Roy (@1hr 43mins and 5 seconds) also from England. The conversation starts by exploring the power of podcasts and the internet to unite everyday people. We then go on to talk about many other issues. The beauty of these conversations highlights how many good, rational, calm, objective, logical and sane people are in the world. Listening to my supporters is so encouraging that it fills me with hope. Forget the mainstream media and their lies. Forget the NPCs and zombies who pass through life without any original thought. These guests, you, my supporters, are real, genuine, and humanity's hope. As long as people like Thomas, Quentin and Roy are in this world, everything will be ok. I hope you enjoy this conversation. Much love Ahmad x

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: I can't really improve the bio that Jenna sent me so here it is lol. I've written more than twenty books (including The War on Ivermectin with Dr. Pierre Kory), given two TED talks, spoken to groups across the country, served as a staff writer and editor at top women’s magazines in New York and LA, ridden in the back of a pickup truck in a lawn chair, filmed a book trailer in the bathtub, and gone scuba diving with sharks (on purpose). A born skeptic, lifelong humor writer and now confirmed conspiracy theorist, I turned my admittedly wicked eye to COVID, determined to put a fresh, funny spin on the insanity around us. Today I spend the better part of most days trolling for things to poke fun at on my substack, JennasSide.rocks (see what I did there?). If you ask my daughters my greatest accomplishment, they’d probably say “being interviewed by Khloe Kardashian on the Today show.” Despite this, I still say my daughters are my greatest accomplishment. In this conversation we talk about love, marriage and COVID, as well as other things. Sadly we forgot to do our recital of Kumbaya, My Lord. Next time. I hope you enjoy the episode, I sure did, it was a blast. Much love Ahmad x Links

#214 - Simon King Discusses Afferentology, Restoring Strength And Relieving Pain

FREEDOM - LIBERTY - HAPPINESS SUPPORT DOC MALIK To make sure you don't miss any episodes please subscribe to either:

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Simon King is a former chiropractor. Simon started his chiropractic studies in Melbourne. He practised for two years on the Gold Coast in Australia before taking up a teaching post at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth, England. As Simon's practice developed, he became fascinated by the fact that certain patients responded to treatment while others did not, and the difference could not be explained by current medical knowledge, so he studied and became proficient in Applied Kinesiology, a system of diagnosis based on manual muscle testing and became a diplomate of the International College of Applied Kinesiology in 1996. The theory that became Afferentology grew out of his desire to understand the facilitation and inhibition that are fundamental to Applied Kinesiology. With the Afferent Input system, practitioners can examine the individual patient and reverse-engineer what has gone wrong with their ability to heal themselves. The methods Afferentologists use restore neuromuscular reflexes to normal by removing bad sensory inputs. They are safe, reliable and effective in the long term. This conversation covers various topics related to healthcare, diagnosis, and the importance of muscle strength and proprioception. Simon highlights the role of reflexes in maintaining strength and preventing injury. The conversation touches on the impact of piercings on muscle tone and the importance of removing bad inputs to support overall health. In this part of the conversation, the principal theme revolves around the impact of metal on the body, specifically in the context of injuries and dental work. Simon also shares his theory on the origin of COVID-19 and the potential role of the Flucilvax vaccine. The conversation then shifts to the challenges of being a chiropractor and the limitations of regulatory bodies. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Darren Nesbitt is the founder of The Light, an independent newspaper which depending on your worldview, is either standing up against tyranny, calling out the Covid scam, Climate scam and highlighting the real pressing issues that affect us today or like the Wikipedia entry states is a “far-right and conspiracy theory newspaper” that is “spreading COVID-19 misinformation, anti-Semitic conspiracy theories, Holocaust denial and death threats". I think the Wikipedia entry is a great example of how the authorities discredit any individual or organisation that speaks out against them. Labels such as conspiracy theorist, anti-semitic, anti-vaxxer, and far-right are low-cost high-yield weaponised words used by the enemy to discredit anyone who is criticising them. I urge anyone who hasn’t heard of The Light newspaper to visit the website and have a look. You will find fantastic articles about topics that are important to all of us today. I enjoyed my chat with Darren it went places I was not expecting, but as you know by now my conversations are free-flowing, unedited and simply honest. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links
