    Podcast Summary

    • Holistic healthA doctor emphasizes the importance of considering the body, mind, and spirit for overall wellness and encourages caution when consuming educational content on the topic.

The speaker, a doctor with a background in homeopathy, emphasizes the importance of holistic health encompassing the body, mind, and spirit. He advises listeners to be cautious and discerning when consuming his content, which is for educational purposes only and not intended to replace professional advice. He shared his passion for a unique, high-performance sports car, which he finds entertaining due to its ability to surprise and annoy others. The speaker also discussed his transition from physiotherapy to podcasting, expressing the importance of reaching younger generations and maintaining a multi-generational perspective. Throughout the conversation, he highlighted the versatility and individualized nature of homeopathic remedies.

    • Homeopathy trainingHomeopathy requires extensive training and individualized diagnosis for effective treatment. Finding a reliable and trustworthy practitioner is crucial.

Homeopathy is a complex and in-depth practice that goes beyond just giving placebos. Homeopaths undergo extensive training for several hundred hours to learn the intricacies of various remedies and how to diagnose each patient's unique symptoms. This individualized approach is crucial in selecting the most effective remedy for each patient. Homeopathy is not over-the-counter medicine; it requires a consultation with a trained professional to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment. The process of becoming a professional homeopath involves studying medical sciences, homeopathy, and learning to take detailed case histories to determine the best remedy for each patient. It's important to note that not all homeopaths are created equal, and finding a reliable and trustworthy practitioner is essential. The "Find a Homeopath" website is a helpful resource for those seeking professional homeopathic treatment.

    • Effective communicationEffective communication and active listening are crucial in homeopathy and traditional medicine. Unconventional questioning and addressing underlying issues can lead to better patient outcomes.

Effective communication and active listening are crucial in both homeopathy practice and traditional medicine. Homeopathy practitioners need to extract relevant symptoms from patients, sometimes requiring unconventional questioning, while traditional doctors may face challenges getting patients to understand the importance of seemingly irrelevant questions. The use of various tools and approaches, rather than relying on one specific method, leads to better patient outcomes. The speaker's experience shows that addressing underlying issues, such as sleep deprivation or stress, can significantly impact the healing process. Additionally, homeopathy is not limited to a specific demographic or lifestyle, as shown by the soldier's use of homeopathy in the military. Overall, the most important aspect is to consider each patient's unique needs and circumstances to determine the best course of action.

    • Homeopathy in Military TrainingHomeopathy can provide effective relief and results for individuals during challenging situations, even when skepticism is high. Expertise and practical application can outweigh the need for a complete understanding of underlying mechanisms.

The use of homeopathy, despite the ongoing debate about how it works, can provide effective relief and results for individuals, especially during challenging situations like military training. The soldiers, who were initially skeptical, came to appreciate the benefits and even sought help from the speaker. The speaker's experience and expertise, combined with the homeopathic kit, proved valuable, demonstrating that knowledge and practical application can sometimes outweigh the need for a complete understanding of the underlying mechanisms. Furthermore, the conversation highlighted the limitations of conventional medicine and the importance of considering various treatment options, as well as the need for more research and acceptance of complementary therapies.

    • Effectiveness of medical treatmentsMany medical treatments lack solid evidence to prove their effectiveness, and patients may attribute their recovery to natural healing rather than treatment.

A significant portion of conventional medical treatments lack high-quality evidence to support their use. This means that many operations and therapies may not be as effective as we believe, and patients may attribute their improvement to the passage of time rather than the treatment itself. Patients often want a quick fix rather than making necessary lifestyle changes. This discussion also touched upon the importance of taking responsibility for one's health and the comparison of prioritizing health to caring for a valuable possession like a car.

    • Holistic healthcareSeeking professional guidance and integrating various forms of medicine can lead to more effective and holistic healthcare, empowering individuals to take charge of their health.

A balanced approach to health and wellness is crucial. We all engage in behaviors that may not be ideal, but it's essential to acknowledge the importance of seeking professional guidance when necessary. Homeopathy, for instance, offers a unique approach to healthcare by focusing on the root causes of symptoms and providing personalized treatment plans. Integrating various forms of medicine, such as herbal remedies and nutrition education, can lead to more effective and holistic healthcare. Ultimately, the goal is to empower individuals to take charge of their health while reducing stress and fear through accurate diagnoses and viable treatment options. By fostering a non-judgmental and supportive environment, healthcare professionals can help people feel more at ease with making positive changes in their lives.

    • Individualized patient careListening to patients and experimenting with them to find what works best for their unique needs is crucial for effective healthcare, but the current trend towards one-size-fits-all approaches can lead to overprescription and disregard for individual needs. Patients should advocate for personalized care and question medical advice to ensure their health needs are met.

Individualized patient care is crucial in healthcare. The speaker emphasizes the importance of listening to patients and experimenting with them to find what works best for their unique needs. However, the current trend in medicine is towards one-size-fits-all approaches based on national guidelines, which can lead to overprescription of drugs and disregard for individual needs. The speaker shares a personal experience where they were prescribed unnecessary medication for a hyperactive thyroid, but were able to recover through self-care and individualized homeopathic treatment. It's essential to question medical advice, take the time to understand one's health, and advocate for personalized care.

    • Medical Ethics vs Political AgendasRegulatory bodies in the medical profession should prioritize ethical patient care over political agendas, but some prioritize their own advancement instead, leading to a need for grassroots doctors to have more input and address corruption from revolving doors between regulatory bodies and big corporations.

The medical profession, specifically the regulatory bodies, should prioritize ethical patient care over political agendas. The speaker expresses disappointment in the British Medical Association (BMA) for not advocating for longer consultations and standing up for medical ethics. They criticize the politicians within these organizations for focusing more on their own advancement than the wellbeing of patients and the medical community. The speaker suggests a need for a revolution where grassroots doctors have more input at the highest levels to address these issues. They also touch on the issue of revolving doors between regulatory bodies and big corporations, leading to corruption. The speaker's own role, as the CEO of the Homeopathy Research Institute, involves debunking misinformation about homeopathy and representing the organization at international meetings.

    • Homeopathy acceptance and challengesDespite its global presence, homeopathy faces challenges due to negative publicity and skepticism, particularly in the UK and Australia. A controversial study in The Lancet in 2005 contributed to the anti-homeopathy sentiment, but high-quality studies show its effectiveness. Understanding the data and context is crucial for accurate perspective.

The field of homeopathy, while having a large global presence, is highly specialized and niche. Speaker Edzard Ernst, an expert in the field, shares his experiences of being in high demand due to his expertise and background in homeopathy research. He also acknowledges Raj Manchanda in India for his significant contributions to the field. Ernst shares an anecdote about being invited to present to the President of India but having to decline due to scheduling conflicts. He also discusses the varying levels of acceptance and understanding of homeopathy in different parts of the world. The conversation then shifts to the challenges faced by homeopathy in the UK and Australia due to negative publicity and skepticism. Ernst explains how a controversial study published in The Lancet in 2005, which claimed homeopathy was no better than placebo, was based on flawed data and led to a wave of anti-homeopathy sentiment. Despite the existence of numerous high-quality studies showing the effectiveness of homeopathy, the negative perception persists in certain parts of the world. Ernst emphasizes the importance of understanding the data and the context to gain a more accurate perspective on the efficacy of homeopathy.

    • Research biasArbitrary definitions and selective data interpretation in research can manipulate findings, potentially excluding positive results and leading to inaccurate conclusions. Transparency and accountability are essential to maintain trust in scientific research.

The reliability of research findings can be influenced by arbitrary definitions and selective data interpretation. The example given was a report on homeopathy in Australia in 2015, which set a high bar for participant numbers and quality scores to declare studies as reliable, effectively excluding most studies that showed positive results. This manipulation of data led to the conclusion that there is no reliable evidence that homeopathy works. However, the CEO of the research institute later clarified that they never claimed homeopathy to be ineffective, only that they couldn't find the evidence. This is a reminder that it's crucial to critically evaluate research findings and consider potential biases before accepting or rejecting conclusions. The case also highlights the importance of transparency and accountability in scientific research.

    • Real-world data in medicineReal-world data is crucial for gaining a more comprehensive understanding of treatment effects and interactions in patients with multiple medications, and should be included in the ongoing debate about the best type of evidence in medicine.

The reliance on double-blind randomized controlled trials as the sole source of evidence in medicine can be limiting, as they often don't account for the complexities and individual variations of real patients and their unique circumstances. Real-world data, which follows patients under real-world care, is essential for gaining a more comprehensive understanding of the effects of treatments and medications on patients. This is particularly important for those with multiple medications, or polypharmacy, as interactions between different drugs can have significant impacts on their efficacy and side effects. It's crucial to acknowledge that evidence-based medicine is not solely based on research papers, but also on patient and clinician experiences. The ongoing debate about the best type of evidence should include a shift towards more real-world studies to provide a more holistic view of patient care.

    • Open-mindedness in MedicineDoctors should remain open-minded towards alternative practices and be willing to question assumptions to drive continued research and discoveries in the ever-evolving field of medicine.

The field of medicine is constantly evolving and doctors are still learning and experimenting. The speaker shares his personal experience of being open-minded towards alternative practices like homeopathy despite initially dismissing it. He emphasizes the importance of humility and being open to new ideas, even if they challenge our current understanding. The speaker also highlights the limitations of conventional medicine and the need for continued research and exploration. He encourages everyone to keep an open mind and be willing to question assumptions, as new discoveries can come from the most unexpected places.

    • Homeopathy's complex water propertiesThe complex properties of water used in homeopathy and potential memory are not yet fully understood, but may be related to the efficacy of homeopathic remedies.

We should approach the topic of homeopathy with an open mind and humility, recognizing that what we know today may change over time. Homeopathic remedies are often manufactured in water, but there have been instances where they are made in alcohol. The water used in homeopathy is considered "weird" by scientists due to its complex properties and potential memory, but it's not yet clear how this relates to the efficacy of homeopathic remedies. The manufacturing process of homeopathic remedies involves dilution and succussion, which may involve the creation of nanoparticles or the capture of information in the water structures. The exact mechanism of how homeopathic medicines work is still a mystery, and ongoing research is exploring various theories, including the role of silica molecules and nanoparticles. The manufacturing process, including the type of container used, may play a role in the final product. Ultimately, homeopathy is an emerging science, and we should continue to explore and question its mechanisms with an open and humble mind.

    • Homeopathy researchHomeopathy, once dismissed, is backed by rigorous scientific research, including studies on arsenicum and aqua homeopathy, which improved plant and animal health respectively, and international conferences that foster collaboration and advancements in the field.

Homeopathy, a practice often dismissed as placebo or impossible, is backed by rigorous scientific research. For instance, a study led by Professor Stefan Beungartner at the University of Bern showed that arsenicum, a homeopathic medicine made from arsenic, improved the growth rate and health of stressed duckweed plants. This research was double-blind, randomized, and peer-reviewed, making it a significant finding for the sector. Moreover, homeopathy is not just limited to human health but also extends to plants and animals. For example, researchers at the University of Birmingham replicated the study, and Antonio from Mexico presented aqua homeopathy, which showed promising results in reducing bacterial and parasitic infections in fish farms. Despite the scientific evidence, homeopathy continues to face skepticism due to misconceptions and conflation with anti-vaccine sentiments. However, the sector is making progress through international research conferences that bring together experts from various subfields of homeopathy, leading to cross-pollination of ideas and advancements.

    • Homeopathy research fundingHomeopathy's individualized remedies can't be patented, limiting financial incentives for research, resulting in underfunding and a limited evidence base.

Homeopathy, despite being regulated like traditional pharmaceuticals, remains underfunded for large-scale research due to the lack of financial incentives. The homeopathic industry operates on a different model, focusing on individualized remedies that can't be patented, making it difficult for companies to recoup their investment in research. Additionally, homeopathic treatments are often prepared from publicly available knowledge, keeping production costs low. However, the lack of funding for research can limit the evidence base for homeopathy, leading to criticism and skepticism. Despite these challenges, homeopathy continues to be used for various health conditions, with some believing in its effectiveness for acute conditions like shock and trauma. Users often take multiple doses for reassurance, although one dose is sufficient. Homeopathic remedies can be purchased from bookstores or professional homeopaths, but the knowledge and expertise of practitioners can add value to the treatment.

    • Homeopathy booksHomeopathy books can provide a more comprehensive understanding of various remedies and their applications, serving as a stepping stone from basic kit information for personalized self-treatment, but results may not be immediate and should not replace professional medical advice.

Homeopathy can be a valuable addition to traditional medicine and self-care, but it requires education and experimentation to find the right remedies and dosages. Homeopathy books can help individuals get started on their homeopathic journey and provide a more comprehensive understanding of various remedies and their applications. These books can serve as a stepping stone from the basic information provided in a homeopathy kit and offer a more personalized approach to self-treatment. However, it's important to remember that homeopathy may not always provide immediate results and that individuals should be willing to try different remedies and adjust their approach as needed. Additionally, homeopathy should not replace professional medical advice or treatment for serious conditions. Instead, it can be used as a complementary therapy to support overall health and well-being.

    • Collaborative healthcareMedical students should learn about alternative practices like homeopathy, herbal medicine, physical therapy, and nutrition for a holistic understanding of healthcare. Competition and market forces should drive quality and ethical practices, with respect for all practitioners and greater patient autonomy.

Healthcare should be a collaborative and complementary field, where conventional medicine and alternative practices like homeopathy, herbal medicine, physical therapy, and nutrition coexist and supplement each other. The speaker, who had a life-saving experience with homeopathy, believes medical students should be taught about these practices to ensure they have a holistic understanding of healthcare. He advocates for an open and decentralized approach, where competition and market forces drive quality and ethical practices, rather than relying on regulation and protectionism. He emphasizes the importance of respecting the knowledge and skills of practitioners from all backgrounds, and the need for greater patient autonomy and choice in their healthcare.

    • Homeopathy acceptanceHomeopathy, with proven results, should not be dismissed as quackery, and acceptance of it is shifting, focusing on benefits over mechanism of action.

Homeopathy, despite not fully understanding its mechanism of action, has proven results and should not be dismissed as quackery. The speaker, with 25 years of experience, firmly believes in its effectiveness. He also emphasizes the importance of putting oneself first and enjoying life. The debate within the sector revolves around whether to focus on how homeopathy works or just its benefits, as patients ultimately care about results. The speaker expresses his belief that there will be a shift in acceptance of homeopathy in the future. On his deathbed, he would advise loved ones to have more fun and put themselves first. Overall, the speaker encourages an open-minded approach to alternative medicine and self-care.

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: James Delingpole is an English writer, journalist, and columnist who has written for several publications, including the Daily Mail, the Daily Express, The Times, The Daily Telegraph, and The Spectator. But he is now most well known for being host of the Delingpole podcast which he started in 2019. James studied at Oxford in the 1980s where he studied English and Literature. As early as 2009 James has been vocal about the Climate Change scam. In 2010 he gave a speech which you can watch on YouTube titled “Climategate and the War against Man, Bear, Pig.” James was also an early sceptic and critic of COVID-19, the lockdowns, mandates and the experimental jabs. It is not hyperbole when I say James’s podcast kept me sane through the COVID years for which he will never know how grateful and indebted to him I am. James doesn’t shy away from topics and goes places most people would avoid. As a journalist, I believe he is always seeking the truth and is now guided spiritually by his Christian faith. I was truly honoured to have James as a guest. He was one of the first people I reached out to over a year ago. This year he replied to me on X and here we are! I wish all journalists had the curiosity, open-mindedness and bravery that James has. Please read my Substack post for more information. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

#221 - Dr Lawrence Palevsky - Why It's Not "The Jews"

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Dr Lawrence Palevsky MD, also known as Larry, is a US Paediatrician, Podcaster, past guest and friend. In episode 103, Larry discussed The Current State Of Medicine, The Impact Of Censorship, And Totalitarianism. I loved that conversation with him. After recording, we spoke for another 30 minutes, jumping from one topic to another. It felt like I was talking to a long-lost brother. At one point, out of the blue, Larry stated, “I’m a proper Jew, by the way”. I didn’t know what to say then, and I did not fully understand what he meant by that. But recently, that comment stood out in my head. Recently reading comments online, I am aware that some people believe that much of the criminality that is happening today against humanity is being led and perpetrated by “the Jews.” Especially in light of events in Gaza and the atrocities being committed by the State of Israel, there has been an undercurrent of anti-semitism brewing. In one conversation with a prospective guest, I was surprised when they suddenly listed names and figures at the heads of Banks, Corporations, and Politics that were Jewish or industries that were supposedly run by the Jews, such as Hollywood, as examples to prove that “The Jews” were behind much of what we see wrong today. That person won’t be coming on my show because while it is correct that all the names they mentioned were “Jewish”, I do not believe in the statement that it is “The Jews”, and hopefully, this podcast and my substack post will explain why. Evil things have been done by people of all colours, races and religions. No one group has a monopoly on evil, none. To think that all the evil in the world exists because of one group of people is dangerously naive at best and highly evil in itself at its worst. Please read my Substack post for more information. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: For too long, the Covid Plandemic has been a faceless monolith, represented by the media mainly through charts, graphs and confusing numbers. Science was corrupted, people were manipulated globally, and statistical jugglery was used to confuse, guide, and misinform. I have been moved by the messages from my paid supporters, who come from all walks of life and across the globe. I have read some incredible emails, listened over the phone to extraordinary minds and beautiful souls, and, most importantly, I have learnt so much from them. I want to give these people a voice. Everyone has a story worth telling, and I want to highlight this through this series of podcasts. In this podcast we have Thomas B, Quentin C (@56mins and 10 seconds) and Roy W. (@1hr 43mins and 5 seconds). Thomas is based in Australia. We often share pics of our chickens or cats, and he is just a great guy with a brilliant sense of humour. In this conversation, we talk about the crazy world we live in and much more. My second guest is Quentin (@56mins and 10 seconds), based in England. The conversation explores the dark side of COVID and the scepticism surrounding it. Apologies for the audio quality; somehow, the recording was off the laptop, not the mic. My third guest is Roy (@1hr 43mins and 5 seconds) also from England. The conversation starts by exploring the power of podcasts and the internet to unite everyday people. We then go on to talk about many other issues. The beauty of these conversations highlights how many good, rational, calm, objective, logical and sane people are in the world. Listening to my supporters is so encouraging that it fills me with hope. Forget the mainstream media and their lies. Forget the NPCs and zombies who pass through life without any original thought. These guests, you, my supporters, are real, genuine, and humanity's hope. As long as people like Thomas, Quentin and Roy are in this world, everything will be ok. I hope you enjoy this conversation. Much love Ahmad x

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: I can't really improve the bio that Jenna sent me so here it is lol. I've written more than twenty books (including The War on Ivermectin with Dr. Pierre Kory), given two TED talks, spoken to groups across the country, served as a staff writer and editor at top women’s magazines in New York and LA, ridden in the back of a pickup truck in a lawn chair, filmed a book trailer in the bathtub, and gone scuba diving with sharks (on purpose). A born skeptic, lifelong humor writer and now confirmed conspiracy theorist, I turned my admittedly wicked eye to COVID, determined to put a fresh, funny spin on the insanity around us. Today I spend the better part of most days trolling for things to poke fun at on my substack, JennasSide.rocks (see what I did there?). If you ask my daughters my greatest accomplishment, they’d probably say “being interviewed by Khloe Kardashian on the Today show.” Despite this, I still say my daughters are my greatest accomplishment. ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Simon King is a former chiropractor. Simon started his chiropractic studies in Melbourne. He practised for two years on the Gold Coast in Australia before taking up a teaching post at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth, England. As Simon's practice developed, he became fascinated by the fact that certain patients responded to treatment while others did not, and the difference could not be explained by current medical knowledge, so he studied and became proficient in Applied Kinesiology, a system of diagnosis based on manual muscle testing and became a diplomate of the International College of Applied Kinesiology in 1996. The theory that became Afferentology grew out of his desire to understand the facilitation and inhibition that are fundamental to Applied Kinesiology. With the Afferent Input system, practitioners can examine the individual patient and reverse-engineer what has gone wrong with their ability to heal themselves. The methods Afferentologists use restore neuromuscular reflexes to normal by removing bad sensory inputs. They are safe, reliable and effective in the long term. This conversation covers various topics related to healthcare, diagnosis, and the importance of muscle strength and proprioception. Simon highlights the role of reflexes in maintaining strength and preventing injury. The conversation touches on the impact of piercings on muscle tone and the importance of removing bad inputs to support overall health. In this part of the conversation, the principal theme revolves around the impact of metal on the body, specifically in the context of injuries and dental work. Simon also shares his theory on the origin of COVID-19 and the potential role of the Flucilvax vaccine. The conversation then shifts to the challenges of being a chiropractor and the limitations of regulatory bodies. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

#211 - Darren Nesbitt & The Light Newspaper

FREEDOM - LIBERTY - HAPPINESS SUPPORT DOC MALIK To make sure you don't miss any episodes please subscribe to either:

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Darren Nesbitt is the founder of The Light, an independent newspaper which depending on your worldview, is either standing up against tyranny, calling out the Covid scam, Climate scam and highlighting the real pressing issues that affect us today or like the Wikipedia entry states is a “far-right and conspiracy theory newspaper” that is “spreading COVID-19 misinformation, anti-Semitic conspiracy theories, Holocaust denial and death threats". I think the Wikipedia entry is a great example of how the authorities discredit any individual or organisation that speaks out against them. Labels such as conspiracy theorist, anti-semitic, anti-vaxxer, and far-right are low-cost high-yield weaponised words used by the enemy to discredit anyone who is criticising them. I urge anyone who hasn’t heard of The Light newspaper to visit the website and have a look. You will find fantastic articles about topics that are important to all of us today. I enjoyed my chat with Darren it went places I was not expecting, but as you know by now my conversations are free-flowing, unedited and simply honest. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links
