In this week's episode, we discuss the basic human need to be seen. We share ways we have felt seen or not seen. Saydi brings in her therapist wisdom to help us understand why being seen matters so much, and what some signs are that maybe our children aren't feeling seen by us. We brainstorm ways to help our kids and others around us feel seen.
