The "Q and AF" show, hosted by Andy Priscilla, offers various formats to engage with real estate, personal development, and societal issues. Listeners can submit questions through email or YouTube comments, and the show features "Cruise the Internet," "Real Talk," full-length interviews, and "75 Hard Verses." The show provides value through unique perspectives, skills, and entertainment, and the "fee" is simply asking those who find it valuable to share it with others. The 75 Hard program, a topic discussed in episode 208, focuses on mental and physical transformation. Overall, the show aims to inspire, educate, and challenge listeners to better themselves and the world around them.

    • Create value and build something worth committing toFocus on personal achievements, be proud of what you've built, and create value in your own life instead of relying on others.

People need to find something meaningful and worthwhile to build in their lives instead of relying on others to speak up or live an adventurous life for them. The speaker encourages listeners to focus on their own achievements and be proud of what they have, rather than wasting time on unnecessary ventures. Additionally, the speaker shares his own experiences and interests, including his success with podcasting and selling supplements, and his newfound interest in golf. Overall, the message is to create value and build something worth staying committed to.

    • Motivated to learn golf despite lacking skillsSome individuals are driven to learn golf for social reasons and to avoid feeling left out, despite not having the necessary skills or patience.

Despite not having the necessary skills, a few individuals are motivated to learn golf due to the social aspect and the desire to not feel left out when invited to play. They acknowledge their lack of finesse and patience required for the sport but are determined to improve and enjoy the experience. The conversation also revealed that some individuals have had past experiences with golf, but quit due to feeling inadequate or being too focused on power-based sports. The appeal of golf comes from observing others, such as friends and family, excel at the game and the social and fun elements it offers.

    • The Importance of Regulating AI to Prevent Misuse and Job DisplacementAs AI advances, it's crucial to consider regulation to prevent misuse and potential job displacement, learning from past mistakes with the internet and social media, ensuring accountability and ethical use.

As technological advancements in AI continue to grow, it's crucial to consider regulation to prevent misuse and potential job displacement. The history of companies overstepping boundaries with tools like the internet and social media serves as a warning. While these technologies have the potential to bring people together, they have also been used for division and privacy invasion. The lack of accountability for these companies, as seen with Section 230, is a concern. The argument that AI is just a tool is valid, but we must be aware of how these tools have been used in the past and ensure they're used ethically and responsibly. The conversation around AI regulation is important to address potential benefits and mitigate potential risks.

    • Privacy concerns, misinformation, ethical questions, and depopulation agendaTechnology's increasing use comes with risks including privacy invasions, potential for misinformation, ethical dilemmas, and depopulation agendas, requiring regulation and accountability

Our increasing reliance on technology, particularly AI, comes with significant risks and vulnerabilities that are often overlooked. The constant recording and monitoring capabilities of devices like Alexa and microphones in our homes raise privacy concerns. Instances of false accusations, such as the one discussed regarding a racist comment, highlight the potential for misinformation and the need for accountability. Additionally, the potential for AI to replace human beings raises ethical questions and the need for regulation. The agenda of some tech leaders and government figures to depopulate, while often framed as environmental governance, raises concerns about their true intentions and the potential for a future where human beings are no longer valued. It's crucial that we consider these implications and take steps to ensure that technology serves humanity rather than replacing it.

    • Individuals pushing for a tech-dominated world are a concernSome individuals want a world where technology replaces reality, which could lead to a less functional, less healthy, poorer, and dumber population. Personal excellence is seen as a threat, and the goal is to create a total jail of technology around humanity. Reject technology and value the real world.

Certain individuals, referred to as "god complex weirdos," are pushing for a world where everything is reduced to technology and replaced by it, which should be a cause for concern. This trend is part of a larger fascist complex, where the coordination of government and corporate America aims to create mega-consumers by encouraging unhealthy habits and dependence on technology. The result is a less functional, less healthy, poorer, and dumber population that is easier to control. This is why personal excellence, which includes being fit, intelligent, wealthy, and spiritually aware, is seen as a threat. The ultimate goal is to create a total jail of technology around humanity. If I were president, I would make the technology illegal or heavily taxed, but the grassroots solution is for individuals to have the discipline to reject it. The metaverse, an example of such technology, was already rejected. It's important to remember the value of the real world and not let technology replace it.

    • Staying Relevant Amidst Technological AdvancementsContinuously learn, build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and advocate for regulations to stay relevant and independent in a tech-driven world.

As technology advances and AI becomes more prevalent, it's crucial for individuals to maintain their physical and mental well-being and financial independence. The potential danger lies in relying too heavily on technology and becoming obsolete in the real world. Regarding leadership, three things you can do right now to become a better leader are: 1) Continuously learn and improve yourself, 2) Build strong relationships with your team members, and 3) Communicate effectively and transparently with your team. Additionally, it's important to recognize the potential dangers of unregulated technology and advocate for common-sense regulations.

    • Lead by example, the only way to winImprove physical and mental shape, demonstrate discipline, and lead by doing to inspire and build a motivated team.

Effective leadership is about leading by example and becoming the kind of person you want your team to become. Vince Lombardi's quote, "leading by example isn't the best way to win, it's the only way to win," emphasizes this point. To become an inspiring leader, focus on improving your physical and mental shape, demonstrating discipline, and leading by doing. People will naturally follow and emulate a leader who sets a high standard and consistently lives up to it. Avoid trying to lead through authority alone, as people value actions over titles. By focusing on becoming the type of leader you would respect, you can build a team that is motivated and willing to follow.

    • Lead by example and communicate a compelling visionEffective leaders establish a strong foundation by embodying principles, leading by example, and clearly communicating a vision that inspires and aligns team members with the mission, helping them realize their personal aspirations within the larger goal.

To be an effective leader, you must establish a strong foundation by living and embodying certain principles. These principles include taking responsibility, leading by example, and clearly communicating a compelling vision. By doing so, you will naturally attract strong followers, while those who do not contribute will self-select out. Additionally, it's crucial for leaders to articulate the connection between the mission and the individual's personal aspirations. This requires painting a vivid picture of the future and demonstrating how each team member's dreams can be realized within the larger mission. Ultimately, leading is about action, so it's essential to embody the vision and take consistent steps towards its realization. Failure to do so will undermine your credibility and make it difficult to inspire and motivate your team.

    • Focus on delivering an unforgettable customer experienceDelivering an exceptional customer experience leads to repeat business, referrals, and a strong reputation. Prioritize customer satisfaction to generate word-of-mouth referrals.

Providing an exceptional customer experience is just as valuable as having repeat customers for businesses dealing with one-time purchases. To build a strong reputation and generate referrals, focus on being the best in your industry and delivering an unforgettable experience. Create a story worth sharing on social media, and let your satisfied customers do the marketing for you. Instead of focusing solely on getting customers to buy more, think about who they'll recommend to buy from you. By prioritizing an excellent customer experience, you'll establish a strong reputation and create a steady stream of new business through word-of-mouth referrals.

    • Expanding beyond doors and windowsOffering ancillary products and services can lead to increased revenue, customer loyalty, and brand growth. Focus on exceptional customer experience, ancillary services, and reinvesting profits.

Expanding your business beyond just selling doors and windows to offering ancillary products and services can lead to increased revenue, customer loyalty, and brand growth. By creating multiple touchpoints with customers over time, you can turn them into repeat customers and brand advocates. This not only improves cash flow but also allows for more opportunities to tell your brand story and build a strong, authentic recommendation-based economy. To achieve this, focus on providing an exceptional customer experience, identifying ancillary services that align with your business, and reinvesting profits back into your business to continuously serve and engage with your customers.

    • Keep expanding your horizons and learning new thingsSuccessful individuals continue to learn and grow, pushing past complacency and exploring new ideas to stay ahead of the competition.

Expanding your thinking and not getting stuck in your ways is crucial for personal growth and success, even for those who have already achieved a great deal. The speaker, who has been in the industry for 24 years and is well-respected in personal development, emphasizes the importance of continuous learning and growth. It's easy to get complacent, but it's essential to keep expanding your horizons and exploring new ideas. Don't let yourself get stuck in a rut, no matter how successful you may be. Keep pushing yourself to learn and grow, and don't be afraid to try new things. Remember, the top performers in any field are always looking for ways to improve and stay ahead of the competition. So, keep an open mind, stay curious, and never stop learning.

A renowned New York restaurateur, Will transformed Eleven Madison Park into the best restaurant in the world by reinventing how they offered hospitality....they made it unreasonable.

I had a chance to sit down and talk to him about how he learned the power of being unreasonable.
