    Justin grew up in a tiny town in central Pennsylvania. After graduating from college, he worked in the recruiting industry, which he has remained in for the last 15+ years. In January 2020, he left a very stable, six-figure salaried job to start his recruiting firm (Hire Tomorrow) and a Real Estate Investing Business (Great Venture Capital) – not great timing to be starting a recruiting business in 2020 when the world shut down with Covid, and no one was hiring. 

    But over the last 2 years, he has grown his recruiting business to a very sustainable level and has acquired 340 multifamily units, as a general partner, across 2 states. He is passionate about helping those working W2 jobs who thought real estate investing was only for the ultra-wealthy or for people with a lot of extra time on their hands to get access to this great asset class.
