    HIRING - This is not meant to be a discussion around the many personality assessments companies make everyone take.  In most cases, managers and then employees go around saying this person is a I, or E, or some other letter that creates extreme prejudgment of that person or a potential new hire.  The assessments have a purpose, just not as a gospel
