Mindfulness Meditation 'Strength & Resilience' written and narrated by Cath Episode 21

Mindfulness Meditation 'Strength & Resilience' written and narrated by Cath Episode 21
Engage your imagination through this mindfulness meditation that takes you through a forest scene, exploring strength and resilience within us.

I absolutely adore the native bush and trees and walking amongst it. There is something incredibly healing about nature bathing. When I can't be in nature for whatever reason, I engage my imagination and imagine I am there and exploring and walking in it as a mindfulness meditation practice and I always come away feeling refreshed.

Listen with some headphones on and take a short mindfulness break in your work day or as you wind down for the evening.

    Enjoy!

Mentally exhausted right now? You are not alone. Episode 16

Mentally exhausted right now? You are not alone. Episode 16
It's so good to be back and recording an episode again and this one is short and shares an important message. You are not alone, take time to fill your cup and don't allow the pressure of the time of year to add more pressure. I've been sensing so much mental exhaustion around me as many people go through many life challenges and even still processing the last few years and with it still ongoing and making it's impact in our lives, it has been a challenge in different ways for all. So I'm wishing you rest, and peace and contentment and a time of refreshing as you head into December, make Christmas the way you want it with the people that you love and cherish and if it's a hard time for you, I am thinking of you and holding space for you today.
