The Incarnation of Jesus - His taking on flesh was argued and thought about for the first three centuries, almost four! But the fact that Jesus is 100% God and 100% man shows us something about the realities of our own life, and especially our life in Christ! We live in an Incarnational Reality.

We look at the theological concepts around the Holy Eucharist, how they came to be and what they mean for us as we receive communion each week.

Fr. Edward Kironde (Uganda) outlines Anglican Governance and Polity, from the Archbishop of Canterbury "down" to the local parish.
Fr. Phil Eberhart, takes a few minutes to outline the spread of Anglican witness with the spread of the English Colonial Period in the 18th-19th centuries, both westward and eastward. Especially highlighting the ministry of Rev. Charles Simeon, vicar of Holy Trinity, Cambridge for 54 years!

Cheryl fills out the English Reformation History through Queen Elizabeth I and the 39 Articles of Religion.

Cheryl Sedlacek sets the stage for the reformation by looking at abuses of the church through the middle ages and some of the figures of Reformation History on the mainland in the 200-300 years prior to the English Reformation. Luther, Wycliffe and others who gave their lives to set the stage for change. Look into Foxe's Book of Martyrs for materials.

A look at the historical setting of its emergence in renaissance England. Henry VIII, Cranmer, Tyndale and Coverdale.
