    There are over 26,000 data points when it comes to leadership and what qualifies a person as a good leader.

    Chasing vision over perfection is more important, but there are a few main factors to consider:

    A global crisis always comes in one form or another. 

    It can be the bird flu, pandemic, financial collapse, natural disaster, and anything else you can imagine. 

    If you pay close attention, it comes in cycles. 

    It's almost as if they're pre-planned or orchestrated. 

    Back in 1999, the biggest "fear" that was focused on and discussed across various media channels was Y2K. It was fear centered around coding or potential computer errors related to the formatting of calendar data for dates in and after the year 2000. 

    They made a mess of the media with the "shock and awe" tactics, and this caused people around the globe to go into a frenzy. 

    This is no different for the Global Recruitment Industry post-Covid.  And while I don't like to talk about things from the past, there is a historical repeat of the same kind of fear being spread that creates myths.......myths that sometimes anchor into a belief system.
