Ep.37 Robert "Ghost" Guerrero and Robert "El Pistolero" Guerrero Jr. on the Empire Boxing Podcast with Coach J. Robert boasts a record of (38-6-1) 20 by way of KO. He's held world championships in multiple weight classes including the WBC and NABF featherweight title twice between 2006 and 2008, and the IBF junior lightweight title from 2009 to 2010. Additionally he has held multiple interim titles at lightweight and welterweight. Robert has also fought some of boxing's greats and lands himself firmly among them. Legendary boxing matchmaker, Roberto Diaz, joins Coach J on the first episode of Season 2 of The Empire Boxing Podcast. Roberto broke into boxing through his friendship with Marco Antonio Barrera and eventually spent over 20 years as a matchmaker, a majority of it with Oscar De La Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions. He moved on from Golden Boy in 2023 and is now working independently with various boxers and companies in the boxing world. Roberto has made many of the historic matches fans have enjoyed and has worked with some incredible athletes over the course of his boxing career, including legendary boxers like Bernard Hopkins, Ricky Hatton, Miguel Cotto, Erik Morales, Sugar Shane Mosley, and Daniel “Miracle Man” Jacobs. Geoff, who works with Quinit Boxing's high performance team out of their gym in East Vancouver, combines a deep understanding of the field with his educational background to develop technical programs to help elite boxers improve their skill set. In addition to boxing Geoff is an avid Muay Thai enthusiast. Harry Davis has a background in high lining, rugby, gymnastics and MMA, these diverse interests and the skills he's learned through them, in addition to his education, helps him bring a unique perspective to S&C work with his athletes. He's currently an active competitor and coach in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu working with athletes to help them increase strength to make them more resilient to injury. Ep. 31 Coach Jason Strout - On this weeks episode of the Empire Boxing Podcast, Boxing and May Thai Coach Jason Strout joins us from Las Vegas after a long day of UFC weigh-ins in preparation for fight night at the Apex. Jason, a Milwaukee native, now resides in Florida and is a Boxing, Kick Boxing and Muay Thai coach at Kill Cliff Gym. He was formerly head coach and co-owner of Church Street Boxing Club in NYC and has also moonlighted as a Commentator for Absolute Muay Thai on UFC Fight Pass. Jason had some noteworthy accomplishments as an athlete, winning the Wisconsin State Boxing Tournament,  an ISKA Jr. Middleweight title, an IKF Jr. Middleweight title and is the IKF regional Muay Thai Champion.
