What was the main topic of the podcast episode?
Summarise the key points discussed in the episode?
Were there any notable quotes or insights from the speakers?
Which popular books were mentioned in this episode?
Were there any points particularly controversial or thought-provoking discussed in the episode?

    About this Episode

One of the similarities that I see between teaching and coaching is how a resilient mindset makes all the difference in succeeding and achieving your goals.

I don't believe resilience is something you are born with, it's a skill which needs to be mastered through experience.

Those clients that I have worked with who have a sustainable, long-term, successful business are those who have a resilient mindset and know how to bounce back from setbacks so join me on this solo episode as we talk about:

    • What is a resilient mindset
    • The difference between a fixed and growth mindset
    • The 3 small shifts you can make to build your resilience and learn how to keep going so that you see your version of success.

As always, I would love to hear your takeaways.

Being a powerful, quiet leader with Clare Wild

As I'm taking a break over the festive period, I'm sharing some of my favourite episodes so far.

This week, we are joined by Clare Wild, a business and personal coach who supports quiet leaders to achieve the confidence they need to succeed.

This was a very honest and vulnerable discussion around what it's like to start and run a business as a naturally quiet, introverted, highly sensitive person.

We talked about so many different things which I know will help you if you're feeling a bit of a misfit in the online space.

    We discussed:

    • The strength and power that can be found in accepting yourself for who you are
    • What it means to be a powerful, quiet leader who is also an introvert and highly sensitive.
    • What you might need to add into your day to support you as a highly sensitive, quiet introvert
    • What it means to be a recovering people pleaser in the online space
    • How you can stand out as a quiet leader
    • The difficulties with being visible at the start of your business and how to navigate through it
    • The importance of self-trust and finding your way
    • The importance of celebration and support
