    As we enter the New Year sticking to a healthy diet can be difficult under normal circumstances and particularly challenging for Security Guards and Law Enforcement  who may have irregular work schedules and limited access to cooking equipment. Most security professionals and Law Enforcement work long hours and can find it hard to get proper nutrition during the workday. In today’s fast-paced society...Living a healthy lifestyle has become vital.

    In todays Podcast we will sit with the Fitness Veteran Tyler Pool who is the owner of The Fit Spot LLC.  and a Personal Trainer here in Bakersfield, CA.  Tyler will help us navigate ways to work around the ever changing schedules and odd shifts.

In this ballot a proposition of 6.38B dollars which would half tax paying Americans  310 Million for the next 30 years which equates to paying 42,000 for each homeless individual in the state of California....While Private Security Services was not included with the Prop 1. Due to the lack of non-lethal options available for Security Officers, Tasers have become the next option. All though Tasers are "non-lethal", they still potentially carry a risk for injury or death if misused without the proper training. Understanding and learning the proper use of Tasers can help prevent injury or death.

Drugs have became a norm and has led many Americans into Homelessness which many of us have seen an increase in homelessness.  People under the influence of drugs or alcohol can be challenging to deal with, causing problems with other members of the public.
