Ep 56: Your 8-Year-Old Self vs. Your 80-Year-Old Self

In episode 56, we are going to dive deep into a quote I will always continue to resonate with. I'm not sure who the quote is by, but it goes along the lines of, "Make two people proud in your life: Your 8-year-old self and your 80-year-old self". If you're curious as to why this quote can be of importance in your life, tune in and see if there are any examples you can take back in your life today.

Ep 55: Bringing Back Human Connection

In this episode, I will be talking about the importance of human connection. Why should we care about human connection? Because it's the most fundamental way for us as human beings to be able to function in today's society. With today's technology where we are supposed to be "more connected than ever", I can 100% vouch to say without the real world experiences of human interaction, we will always remain disconnected. How do we bring back the real world human connection? Tune in to find out.

Ep 53: The Power of Small Wins

On Episode 53, I'm going to go over what I like to call this episode, "The Power of Small Wins". As you can imagine in the title, it really says it all. Everyday we face certain objectives we have to complete everyday, but how many of us can say we've been truly satisfied with everything we've accomplished? Or have yet to accomplish? I mean, these last couple of years, most of us have been going back into hiding inside of our shells. With the power of small wins, you will learn the methods that I use to help get my life back on track into building more purposeful accomplishments.
