    Vessi Kapoulian has 18 years of business experience, including 14 years of commercial lending and four years of business management/sales/marketing. Vessi started her real estate journey in 2017. Today, Vessi controls a portfolio of investor real estate properties in Florida, Tennessee, and Georgia (161 doors, six properties). Her experience has helped her develop a solutions-oriented and execution-focused approach, which has served her well in managing her portfolio. Vessi is active in various real estate professional networks and frequently speaks at meet-ups or podcasts.

     

    Vessi's mission is to help others attain their financial freedom while at the same time providing a clean, safe, and pleasant home environment for her clients (tenants) and improving the local communities she invests in.     About Tim Little, MBA

    Tim is a military, passive real estate investor, podcast host, and the founder and CEO of ZANA Investments. His passion lies in helping fellow military veterans escape the "landlord trap" and get competitive returns by providing opportunities to invest passively in apartment buildings. His real estate journey began with a duplex in 2014 and has grown to a portfolio of over $90 million. 

     

    Tim also has an MBA and has served several years as an active duty Army Officer, a Strategic Communications Consultant, and the Head of Multifamily Communications for the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) before transitioning full-time to real estate.     Dan Lewkowicz is a seasoned real estate veteran with over 15 years of experience in many facets of the real estate industry. Starting his career in “house hacking,” he quickly moved on to flip houses in and around metro Detroit. Eventually, he created a company called Renaissance Real Estate Ventures, which specializes in the acquisition, financing, renovation, and resale of single-family residential properties in the booming city of Detroit, Michigan.

    Before joining Encore Real Estate Investment Services, Dan was a Senior Advisor at Fortis Net Lease, specializing in commercial real estate investment sales. He is also a former business development executive for Amazon.
