    • Do not hesitate to consult the community by reaching out to charities, organisations.
    • Explore dedicated community platforms to find resources including data and stats.
    • Do consider involving members of the community from your company's staff in the conversation.
    • Define well your audience and objectives, keeping in mind that the LGBTQ+ community is made of smaller groups, which have different priorities and focus.
    • Demonstrate an authentic interest in the community through actions that have a real impact for the community (support for charities, organisations, grants, funding).
    • To communicate with authenticity, take the time to understand the "language" of the community (asking pronouns is one example).
