    About this Episode

In this interview episode, I get to sit down with Ernie Niblack, the creator of SlimmThicc Med Spa and Aesthetics, to share his life journey and passion towards helping others enhance their inner and outer beauty as a form of their personal development and growth. We get very vulnerable in this episode and share how beauty goes beyond the surface. Ernie is also an amazing father and soon to be grandfather.

Prior to being involved in the wellness industry, Ernie spent 20 years of his professional career within the Life Sciences in organizations such as the National Institutes of Health, Johns Hopkins University, and AstraZeneca focusing in areas of Immunology and Genomics, first in the laboratory, then in Business Development. Ernie has been practicing yoga for over 12 years, which has resulted in countless life-changing transformations both on the mat and off. He has remained an avid outdoorsman, with over 30 years of surfing, snowboarding, rock climbing, and whitewater kayaking. After completing his Yoga Teacher Training in Washington, DC at Flow Yoga Center, he realized that he was able to combine what he learned during his many years in business development with his innate ability and experience to hold sacred space for individuals in a transformational setting. In 2019 he launched Yokohl Retreats, an organization that designs, manages, and markets retreats with yoga and fitness studios.

You can find Ernie and his Med Spa in Pacific Beach, San Diego or online through his website and social media.

Episode 93: Say "Yes" To Adventure

Episode 93: Say "Yes" To Adventure

In this solo episode, I share my current travel experiences in Sumbawa, Indonesia. It has been such an epic experience so far, being able to say "yes" to adventure. I've been learning to trust myself more, to pour my trust into others, and to learn how to go with the flow instead of how we think life should go. If there is anything trip has shown me so far, it's that life does not always go the way we expect it to and to follow the flow with what feels most in alignment. Intuition is a beautiful navigator and we need to listen to our gut instinct when listening to our intuition.

Episode 90: Intimacy and Relationships for A Better Sex Life with Dr. Luz Maria Villanueva

Episode 90: Intimacy and Relationships for A Better Sex Life with Dr. Luz Maria Villanueva

In this interview episode, I had the chance to sit down with Dr. Luz Maria Villanueva to talk about all things connection, love, and intimacy. Dr. Luz is a life, sex, and intimacy coach, psychologist, sex educator, keynote speaker, and fellow retreat host. She is currently in training to be a  tantra sexologist. People who practice Buddhist and Hindu meditation may also practice tantric sex as a way to “weave” the physical with the spiritual.

It was eye-opening to learn about connection and communication as a way to enhance our intimacy levels with ourselves and with our partners. The importance of giving one another a safe space to be fully intimate and the need for building trust in a relationship with both ourselves and with others. Dr. Luz will be releasing her book, "Let's Talk Sex & Money," here in the next couple of weeks. So be sure to get your hands on this if you are looking to better yourself in both intimacy and finances. If you are looking to dive deeper into these practices and rediscover your power, beauty, and freedom, Dr. Luz will also be leading a "Discover The Goddess" retreat in Costa Rica this July.

Episode 88: Love Is Our Greatest Motivator

In this solo episode, I share my expression of love for self and love for others around me in celebration of Valentine's Day while in Bali, Indonesia.

Rather than using negative reinforcement to motivate someone (possibly through the form of fear or punishment), lead with example in the form of love and positive reinforcement. Wishing you all a great day spent with loved ones and in loving yourself.  ♥️

His childhood is full of life lessons early on that lead him to his success today. He understands how to navigate chaos and turn it into bliss. It is his work ethic and care towards his clients that keeps his demand high.

Reagan explains the importance of showing up to market yourself both online and in a brick and mortar for your business. But in today’s world, it’s more than just sharing your business. It’s also about sharing personal aspects of your life that create rapport and relationships with new and existing clients.
