Episode 7: Jacob Duren

I was able to catch up with Mitchel Loveless a few weeks ago at the Grand. Mitchel is a perennial All-American, Tennessee State Champion, and 2013 Grand American HAA Champion. Mitchel is a fantastic shooter and one of the nicest guys that you can find on the trap field. Mitchel talks about his start shooting, his equipment, strategies, and much more! I have been fortunate enough to take lessons from Mitchel throughout the years, and I can promise you that you will not be disappointed with the information he gives!

In the first face-to-face episode of The 100 Straight Podcast, I sit down with a great shooter and friend, Henry Winn. Henry is a self-described "trapshooting encyclopedia", and I cannot think of a truer statement. From the start of his shooting career in a lawn chair supporting his son to the present day where he is a perennial state team member himself, Henry has amassed a great deal of knowledge and accolades in trapshooting. In the episode, Henry talks about this journey, as well as his shooting style, equipment, and many other facets of shooting. In this episode Nick and I sit down with Lauren Dunn and Mike Dennis. Aside from being accomplished shooters, Mike and Lauren are involved in the ISTA and work hard to bring a great state shoot to shooters across the country. We talk about the upcoming state shoot, the venue, and some extracurricular activities in the area as well.
