We break down what the key differences are between guilt and shame, and how they both affect our perception of ourselves. If you are a victim of abuse like me, you know that excess guilt and shame that we have not properly dealt with, will result in a sad, weighted-down spirit, and little-to-no self confidence. Those negative feelings get dragged around in our everyday life, until we learn how to release them. You will gain freedom from your guilt and shame after practicing these 6 tips!
