    Heal Yourself Heal The World Guided Meditation

    This is the original Healing House meditation for individual and collective healing from Healing House art + wellness event in Laguna Beach, CA in January 2023. This guided visualization leads listeners through healing all 7 chakras for inner and outer peace. Listeners go inward on a guided visualization journey of colors and sounds, recieving reiki healing as relaxation blankets you.

    The meditation begins with a grounding practice, followed by focused healing on the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras. Once the individual receives healing, the focus shifts to the collective of the surrounding beings in the local city, state, country, and world.
