    Today we go on a little trip to the past. I have been on this journey for a long time and I am so excited to be able to connect with people from across the globe, to share my journey, learn from yours, and help EVERYONE become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves. On September 19th and 20th, authorities from all over the world gathered at the United Nations to discuss how to reduce the impact of non-communicable diseases. NCDs include cancer, diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and chronic respiratory diseases and represent the leading cause of death in the world today, with three out of four people in the Americas suffering from one of these ailments. Dr. Richard Visser, Minister of Health and Sports of Aruba, addressed the United Nations on behalf of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on Tuesday, September 20th.
