    Bad habits disrupt your life and keep you from achieving your goals. They jeopardize both your emotional and physical well-being. They also waste your time and efforts.

    So why do we still do them? And most importantly, is there anything you can do about it?

    How do you get rid of your bad habits and replace them with good ones?
