We follow his journey from 7 year old scrapper to coach of the Romanian national team and training partner to Fedor Emelianenko, stopping off in the woods, villages and discos of communist Romania on the way.

This episode our dear friend Pedrinho joins us on the show! We've wanted him as a guest a bunch of times but he always seems to have to get on a plane before we pin him down.

Pedro is a world traveller, champion competitor and black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Juninho Crivelari.

This morning we had an interview planned which sadly fell through. Instead we decided to hit record right as we woke up, and ended up having an interesting conversation about the differences between BJJ and Muay Thai both physically and mentally.
