    #197  Today’s episode is about what happens when you’re completely invested in an identity that’s been formed and lived for years until it’s swiftly swept away.  It’s about navigating the intensity of such a transition.  And it’s about mining the inner depths of the self to invite reinvention.

    Kathy is joined today by writer Karen Salita, who was a competitive snowboarder before injuries launched her into an existential crisis.  Much of the work she’s done in the wake of leaving the snowboarding lifestyle is channeled into her writing, which is her outlet to positively impact those around her.  She shares her lessons learned through her blog called Follow Your Wiggle and, in her book, 101 Soul Seeds for Reinventing Yourself.
