    About this Episode

We're not the only ones aging. At this stage of life, many of us have become responsible for the care of our aging parents. Life Coach David Achata joins the FKU50 crew for an honest conversation about that. He shares lessons he's learned and discusses the emotional, physical and mental dynamics that come with that role. This episode is for anyone who needs a reminder that it's okay, no necessary, to ask for help.
