    Michael Huber played on the corporate playing field for 20 years as a successful business consultant.  As a Dad, and athlete himself, he made the decision to pursue his desire to work with high school athletes and obtain a Masters in Sports Psychology after experiencing personal challenges for himself 8 years ago.  Now Micheal focuses on building strong foundations for young athletes on their pursuit to compete at the collegiate level.  Michael works with athletes to build an attitude of gratitude.  Teaching clients, both young and old, how to focus on the game using goal-setting, imagery and self-talk. The mental game requires the same time, attention, and level of instruction as the physical game and Michael counsels clients to perform at their highest potential.  His podcast "The Freshman Foundation" walks families through how to build this foundation for our young athletes.

    Andrew Frazier has been empowering business owners for over 20 years.  From growing up in Pittsburgh, PA and managing his own paper route.  He and his brother went the extra mile to deliver their newspapers to the front door, they did not leave them in the rain on the sidewalk.  Inspired by the man landing on the moon, Andrew pursued an education in engineering graduating from MIT with a Mechanical Engineering degree.
