    About this Episode

    Hey everyone!

This week I share my mentality on voting and why I'm passionate, devoted, and dedicated to cast my absentee ballot early this year.

I truly hope this episode inspires and motivates you to continue going, growing, and knowing!

With one day away from the United States Presidential Election of 2020; I can’t help but to say what a time to be alive and have a hand and voice in transforming this world for the betterment of humanity.

As I shared in this episode, I am expanding the ABG community and sisterhood with our newly launched YouTube channel!

For my first video, I thought it would be interesting to share my experience as an African American Womxn casting my absentee ballot for the United States Presidential Election of 2020 while living in Phnom Penh, Cambodia!

Tatiana Checking In + Stepping into the Role of Educator & Seeking Therapy

Tatiana Checking In + Stepping into the Role of Educator & Seeking Therapy

I hope everyone is doing well, staying safe, and experiencing moments of self-care. As I adjust to my new role as an Educator I wanted to recap and share a few happenings along my journey, as well as why I had taken a necessary break from the Ambitious Black Girl community and sisterhood over the past few weeks.

As mentioned in this episode, part of my preparation and acceptance of stepping into my greatness involves educating myself on therapy options and researching what a healthy therapist looks like for me. I have included a few helpful resources for anyone that is wanting to explore therapy for themselves. I will keep our community and sisterhood updated as I journey.
