    About this Episode

In this episode, I’m joined by Aaron Portratz and Nathan Hawkins of the Shrink Think Podcast. Shrink Think is also a part of the PsychCraft Network and on their show they discuss everything from understanding styles of therapy to addressing conflict with your counselor, learning about attachment styles, and the fear triangle. They seek to run the gamut of topics to pull back the curtain and empower effective therapy.

I’m so glad to have them on the show this week! We're discussing the important topic of how to pick a therapist.

Finding the right professional for you can be a daunting task, but it's crucial for making the most of your therapy experience. They will be sharing tips and guidance on what to look for in a therapist, questions to ask, and how to find the right fit for you. Whether you're a first-time therapy seeker or looking to switch therapists, this episode is for you. They also touch on a few marketing tips for therapists so sit back, grab a cup of coffee, relax, and let's talk about how to pick a therapist that's right for you.
