    El Instituto de Investigación de Materiales (IUMA) de la Universidad de Alicante ha desarrollado un reactor electroquímico que permite regenerar entre el 90-100% del carbón activado agotado procedente de diferentes industrias (tratamiento de aguas residuales, potabilización de agua, purificación de gases y líquidos, recuperación de metales, etc.) de forma rápida, selectiva, muy económica, y en las mismas instalaciones donde se encuentra el carbón activado agotado. Más info: https://bit.ly/3KUh6Km The Institute for Materials Research (IUMA) of the University of Alicante has developed an electrochemical reactor that allows to regenerate between 90-100% of spent activated carbon from different industries (wastewater treatment, water purification, gas and liquid purification, metal recovery, etc.) in a fast, selective and very economical way, and in the same facilities where the spent activated carbon is located.
